About Life360
Life360 is a free app that helps family members and close friends stay in touch. The surveillance app was launched in 2008 and currently has more than 50 million users. The team behind the app is located in San Francisco, US. Life360 is available on iPhone and Android. It works on the latest real-time GPS tracking technology, in addition to having the best cell phone tracker.
With the app, you can instantly see everyone in the private circle on the map. Users can instantly communicate to the whole group at once or send a private message. To let other users know where you are, you can send a check-in to show whether you are at a game or event. If you need to add a new member to your circle, simply go to the Map screen and tap “invite new members”. The invited person will need to install the Life360 app to enjoy the service. Life360 recommends not having no more than ten members in one Circle
Users can set up alerts, be informed when Circle members get to their favorite spots, view route information, send a group chat and create groups for family or friends. Additionally, you can see locations and get easy access to messaging and check-in requests and decide when to share your location with each Circle. Location can be turned off or on whenever you want. Free users can upgrade to Life360 Plus to enjoy 30 days of location history, unlimited Place notifications and same-day email support. Popular places you can set up for sending notifications can include grocery store, sports practice, school, gym or vacation.
Premium users can get priority same-day email support. There is a feature called Drive Care Support through which you can connect with a live representative to help you with an emergency situation on road, be it tow, jumps or lockouts. The Driver Protect plan will give you reports on driving behavior, crash detection, emergency response and roadside assistance. Premium plans can be subscribed using Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards. I keep getting charged twice a month for the Gold membership. I have informed the company over and over again and sent proof over and over again and nothing happens. I have asked to speak to a live person and nothing happens. I like this app I just don’t want to pay for it twice a month I’m paying double what it should cost and I want that money back or credited but nothing happens
Tried many times for help with this company. I’ve tried all their troubleshooting tips. Nothing works. A circle member still comes up as off network/ phone off when it’s not. The only way to get it to work properly is to delete app daily and reload.
I have tried to reach out to use my membership I have paid for and they will not respond at all. Calling my bank to have them stop payments to them and I’ll find someone more reliable to have roadside assistance through.
I am having The exact same issue what the hell is going on. I just paid for it for the year and now it’s telling everyone that their free trial is over and then they need to upgrade. I only have four other people and it says they can have up to five this is kind of frustrating
Same, they keep charging my card and I have a receipt from them. I’m reporting them if they can’t do money right I’m not trusting them with my child’s location not in today’s world.
I have left three messages over a week period of time for somebody to respond to my problem I’m having with my account. I have yet received a single response. I have a gold membership that is good until January 2023 but yeah my account says I’m on the free trial and none of my premium subscriptions are working. I can’t find a phone number and no one‘s responding.
