I recently purchased an iphone 7 from somebody named “Dommm” for $200. apparently it wasn’t unlocked and the home button isn’t working and I was told that the phone was in working order. I also noticed that the two bottom screws were missing. I have tried contacting him to try and get him to resolve this issue. He responded to my messages for a long time but then stopped, he would only read my messages with no reply. I want my money back! what are the steps I can take to make this happen? I have screen shots of all of our messages.
