Aboutย LensCrafters
LensCrafters is an American retailer of eyewear and eye care, glasses and lenses. The company was founded by E Dean Butler in 1983. It currently operates more than 850 stores across Canada, US, and Hong Kong. The brand is owned and operated by Luxottica. LensCrafters offers advanced Clarifye digital eye exam that gives doctors a digital fingerprint of your eye. The technology also apparently reveals differences you have between day and night vision needs. Clarifye’s digital lens meter measures current prescription swiftly and accurately. Simply locate a LensCrafters store to schedule an exam and to know the right lenses and glasses you need. A LensCrafters store can be located by city, state or zip code.
Eyeglasses, lenses and frames can be ordered on the LensCrafters website as well. You can filter products for men, women and children; by shape; color; and price. Besides eyeglasses, customers can also purchase sunglasses. Popular brands featured on the website include Ray-Ban, Oakley, Coach, Michael Kors, Prada, Versace, Bulgari, DKNY, Persol, Burberry and Ralph Lauren. Purchases on the website can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Shipping options are revealed during checkout. Glasses can take from 3-7 days, depending on the prescription and special finishes. Note that LensCrafters has a 30 day return policy for replacement or full refund.
If you have purchased a LensCrafters eyeglass, you can purchase one year eyewear warranty to help cover parts and servicing when you need a repair or replacement. The warranty includes accidental damage from handling and protection from normal wear and tear. Looking for a career with LensCrafters? I am a Senior and every year It seems I have to update my prescription lens. Each time it is approximately $645.00โฆ(lens only)
Why is it we have to buy a new frame every year (which is 200 – 300 dollars) to get the 50 percent discount on lens.
We can not afford this every year and getting new frames when it is not necessary. Canโt you give us a brake once in awhile and give us 50 percent off LENS and not need to buy new frames?
