Had an amazing x526 by leeco. So I bought a LE max x900 not long after. Sadly it had trouble from the get go. Eventually it hard bricked and I was left with a paper-weight and no support online to be found. No qfil stock recovery. No Leeco supported tools.
Next time I will be buying a phone that comes with customer support.

I own a LeEco LE SEE X626. it has somehow locked and requires a password, but I don’t recall ever even setting one up let alone what it would be if so. I’m mailing all the way from Nigeria.
I bought the Leeco S3 4gig/32gig variant from an online shop in Nigeria, Jumia in December 2017. So far I’ve been enjoying the phone and have recommended it to friends and family. The only issue is that it is not available here in Nigeria and has to be shipped from abroad.
To my main issue, my screen has 2 cracked lines but still works perfectly well. I however don’t like it that way because it has affected the aesthetics of the phone.
Please, how do I repair the screen you have no authorized service center here in Nigeria?
I am using LE ECO 2 mobile since it was launched in India.
Now I have started facing some issues in handset since past week and want this to be fixed.
I have searched every way to have details of an Authorized Service Center but unable to find it.
I have LE ECO 1 as well which is dead since past 10 months due to unavailability of ASC.
Tried searching on website of LE as well but it is opening in Chinese language, not able to check anything of my use even after translating language.
Kindly help me in finding it or provide me list of Service Centers in East Delhi.
Looking forward a swift revert.
my job sheet No. JS17071500064. I have given My LE2 for a service due to problem of heating and hang problem and it has been a month passed and there is no proper response and resolution date from Le service center and i would need a escalation contact with whom i can contact for the status of the repair. I have visited many a times at service centre situated at Sector-29, Faridabad and replied by the employees of service centre that requisition of mother board has already been sent and the company is not sending the mother board.
My Le2 bought in Jan end is also having the same charging problem. I am unable to even find a place where this will be fixed. With the comment of Mr. Subramanyam, I think, this company doesn’t have any experience to fix the problem. I am feeling disappointed with this Chinese Product.
