According to its website, Justfly partners with over 440 airlines to offer best deals and cost-effective tickets. Besides flights, Justfly also allows travellers to book hotels and cars.
To search and compare best deals for flights, browse the homepage where you can enter the origin/destination, dates and begin the search. Upon seeing the results, you can further filter by number of stops, schedule, duration, airlines and airports. You can also see a number of options with detailed schedule, layover and cost. You can proceed to confirm the booking by paying through Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Those who already have a reservation, can sign in to their account to view or manage the same. They can check itinerary or even cancel a booking. All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time. Also note that all reservations are non-refundable unless stated. Just bad business practice. Get you good price but don’t deliver and put charge hold on CC. 18+ hrs. and my ticket status still says “In process”…You can’t talk to anybody, hold for hours…they actually don’t have customer service and only pick up calls for new reservation and they don’t help on existing!!
WORST company to try to work with. After 100+ emails, (you CAN’T SPEAK with a human being), PLUS having provided necessary documents FROM THE START, Justfly.com REFUSES to pay my refund claim.
Terrible experience. Each agent tells me something different. An agent helped me book a flight to London then after not receiving a confirmation I was told that the flight has to be within Canada. I was then told that I still had a couple months to book. This morning I tried to book a flight with Justly and was told that my voucher expired. Westjet told me a week ago that it was good until August 8 2022. This has been a nightmare!
Unable to speak to anyone at the company. Waited on hold for 3+ hours several days without speaking to anyone. Getting the feeling I have been scammed.
I booked my trip on 10/18/21. Because of a computer glitch their end, I got a duplicate booking and a duplicate charge. I immediately called and I received a refund for the duplicate charge. On the day of my trip, I tried checking in, but I wasn’t able to do it so I called the airline. To my surprise both reservations had been cancelled and I couldn’t travel on 12/6/21. The person that gave me the credit also cancelled all my reservations. But I still paid for one reservation. I called justfly (waited for an hour) and they changed my reservation for the next day 12/7/21. I checked the reservation and again they made a mistake (called and waited 2 hours). The return date was changed to 12/19/21 instead of the correct 1/19/22. I called again and they told me not to worry that they had changed the return date and I would get an email. I was able to leave, but now with 8 days before returning, I checked today and the date on my return ticket was never changed and I don’t have a return ticket even though everything is fully paid for. I have called and called many times. Today I was on hold for 4 hours and they hung up on me.
Worst customer service Iโve ever have. Due to covid and flight delayed. We received a voucher to use it within the following year. We tried to rebook and pay the difference they never send us the new E ticket number for my son. I spent hours on hold for the agent to answer, or when the agent answered will put me on the hold for hours again.
You guys as a Corporation have a big problem with Customer Services. It is annoying that I’m trying to make a claim and seems that anybody is able to take my calls even my emails. My ticket was suspended by Justfly and when i arrived to the airport i wasn’t in the Flight that you sent me in the itinerary. I called you guys and 3 hours after I spoke with an agent and he was agree to open my ticket and that never happens. I had to buy another ticket and anybody respond about the bad moment or expenses.
Air Transat flight booked, cancelled the next the next day by justfly,10 seconds to take my money ,waiting 6 months for refund. Very frustrating people to deal with. Can’t get anyone on the phone.
Nothing but frustration trying to get a refund or book a flight using a voucher . The automated system is not helpful and the emails are being returned as โundeliverable โ. Been trying to get a refund on vouchers for a flight cancelled due to Covid, since July, 2021. NOW I want to just use the vouchers and they said they expiredโฆ.NO, my letter says valid until Dec., 2021.
Having such a hard time getting in touch with someone!! I need a name correction so I filled out a name change form and have not heard from anyone from Justfly and my flight leaves in a week. Name error: Cris instead of Cristian and we are flying international. I have called and cannot reach a rep, I emailed, and also call the airlines who said I must talk to the travel agent. Super frustrated. Any suggestions?
