Just Eat is a popular take-away aggregator first founded in Denmark in year 2000. Absolute joke. Couldnโt cancel an order after it arrived THREE hours late. Couldnโt find details on their website to make contact. When I finally managed to make contact they said they were not refunding as 24 hours had passed.
Awful company. I ordered an Asian meal from a local outlet and when it arrived at my door the entire contents of of one part had spilled out of it’s container and spread out all over the other parts and settled in the bottom of the bag. After we had cleaned up the mess all the rest of the meal was cold and the only thing that Just Eat would do was reimburse me for the Ruined Korma. Photos on request.
Absolutely diabolical customer services. Having received the completely wrong order, I raised a complaint only to be brushed off because I hadn’t photographed the packaging of the order before throwing away!! I have used just eat for years and never complained and when I do its dismissed. Will not be using again. In latter years they have employed rude and incompetent drivers, food is often cold and dumped on doorstep. The attitude of their complaints department clearly reflects how they value their customers!!!
Absolute disgrace as a company, three times over the last few weeks I have ordered from KFC and ended up with a pot of gravy. Best part of ยฃ20 wasted, not the meals I asked for. Fuming is an understatement.
