I am looking for help please with my JBL charge 5. I purchased it in November last year and love the speaker, the only problem is that the rubber feet are peeling off. I have tried lots of different glues but non of them are working. I live in South Africa and am unable to find out where I can contact a JBL representative to help me.
This is one of the worst companies to try to get a hold of for one of their managers to deal with a problem that youโre having. And the warranty department is super rude basically telling me that I donโt matter because I donโt have any warranty left on a product thatโs brand new and was used about 20 times. And I paid $600 for the speaker. And because of our warranty by a month theyโre telling me if they send me a re-certified product that doesnโt work Iโm Out of luck because they donโt own me anything.
