My mum bought me a UP3 fitness tracker, but I am not able to activate it. It has a constant orange light when I plug it in, but does not run through all 3 icons. I have downloaded the UP app, but the band only connects when plugged into the USB port, not on my wrist. I have tried several times, but the app only picks up my steps form my phone – it is not recording any data itself.
I have disconnected it, to try bond to the app whilst on my wrist, to no avail. Its stalemate! I really want to track my fitness program and health. Please help! What can I do?
I was bought a jawbone for Christmas 2017.please can somebody help, it’s stopped working and As far as I know this should be still in warranty.

I have a jawbone 4 and have been using it for about 2 years. It has recently been saying that it cannot connect to the service provider. I deleted the app and reinstallled it. Now it won’t even allow me to sign in. Ehat’s Going on please!
I have the UP Move tracker and I have been using the UP Move application on my mobile device for last 4 years. I now have a new mobile device and the reinstalled the app. However the UP Move app does not recognize my credentials and does not login. It gives an error message stating that email or password cannot be verified.

I replaced my Jawbone UP clip a month ago. I was able to use it for a couple of days where I could track my steps. Now it cannot track my activity. The band can not pair with my app. I tried all the troubleshooting on the app and it is able to find my clip but then it still states it can not pair with my app. Please advise. Thank you.

I just purchased and open up my new Jawbone up 3. I am usually very good with wearable devices, but am seemingly having heavy issues getting this one up and running. I have followed all the link and instructions on the website, but still cant seem to get it working. Basically I plug it in, manage to sync successfully to my profile and the app. 2 orange dots are lit up on the screen. The moment I unplug it, it goes off. When the device is not plugged in, I cannot sync with the app. Only when I plug it back in. I thought maybe it was still measuring, and I was just doing something wrong. SO I wore the device for two days, plugged it in again now to sync, but no data has been recorded.
Please help I desperately need this device to work as soon as possible.
Hi I purchased a jawbone 3 and the band has broken after some 6 months of use, it cost me quite a lot of money and Iam really disappointed at this issue as the net is full of people reporting this issue which can’t be fixed. I want to know what you are prepared to do about my issue which has tainted an otherwise good experience with use. I will not pay for another devise and given the comments on line your market must be shrinking given the dissatisfaction noted. What do I do?
Hi I recently bought a up 2 and loved it so much I bought 3 new coloured straps for it. I also got one for my daughter in laws birthday in September. Sadly I am going to complain as I have lost it twice, once while shopping and luckily got it back a week later and the next one whilst out hiking, sadly its now gone forever. The only fault with this product is the strap. Sadly my daughter doesnt wear hers now for fear of losing it. Real shame as I loved this and actually recommended it to friends.
