Money in minutes cost me 5.00, but funds didn’t go to my prepaid credit card, get a hold of customer service thru chat and keep getting transferred to a site that wants to charge me 5.00 to talk to a technician to do what I already paid for. Not even going to pay a second fee for them to do what they are supposed to do for the original 5.00 I already paid
Can’t reach a live person. Wont let me in the app. Says my account has been canceled, never had one. I tried to cash a check using Brinks prepaid and it goes through Ingo. I have called, used their online chat, emailed and get the same response. Auto generated and no help. It says my identity can’t be verified but wont let me verify anything. No option just sorry for the inconvenience. Hate these people!!
