On Tuesday, June 18, 2019, I made a reservation for a hotel in Bucharest, Romania. The first notice was a 4 stars hotel with a around 65% discount and decides for this. Do not pay the difference of $ 16.50 because I said they are 4 stars and I will not have problems. I don’t know the names of the hotels. For me the name of the hotel is “Hot Wire” because it is the place I trust and for the many years I have contact. I click and the Hotel Dalin Center Hotel comes out, when the payment end I am asked if I am happy or sad. What I felt was not only sadness but that I was lost. Hot Wire made it appear as 4 stars and it is not, the people who talk about the hotel in the reviews one by one speak badly. When I spoke with the representative of Hot Wire, his response was always that he understood me but that’s the way it is, the money is not refunded. In all the conversation Hot Wire did not have any error, that Hot Wire is carried away by what people say, I do not think that’s the way Hot Wire should make inquiries. There may be the case that a person who was at the hotel was given a free breakfast and then asked to write the best about the hotel. Had a horrible experience with Hotwire. Due to family issues i had to cancel my hotel. I was given horrible service. Your employees a very rude. After 30 minutes of booking i had to cancel and i was denied. This was a horrible experience and i will not be using hotwire again.
Using Hotwire I arranged a car rental from Thrifty for this past Easter Weekend. The car broke down two times and on the 2nd occasion they towed it away after waiting four hours and left me with no transportation. Thrifty directed me to go to Hotwire as I had paid the order through Hotwire. I have tried every number listed above and no place to submit a complaint. Hotwire, can you help me? I feel abandoned and so angry they dropped it on me to get resolved.HELP.
Dear hotwire I booked a hotel with you and also purchased cancellation insurance. I had to cancel my trip due to unscheduled work changes. Now your insurance company won’t answer my emails and your support team just tells me that refunds aren’t given. What is the point of travel insurance? This has been a terrible experience with your website. I can’t believe this is how you treat your customers.
