Lousy after sales service by Hotstar in US. I can’t find number to call Hotstar. The directions give by Roku does not work in Hotstar website.

I am using broadband connection and took the took the annual hotstar live sports subscription of Rs 299 (Order No. is 7414455015. Still not able to watch live channels even after log in. All other websites are running fine. Very poor show from your side. feeling like I am cheated for subscribing the plan. Very disappointed with your service. I will not recommend anybody for hotstar subscription.

Today by mistakenly I purchased Hotstar membership of $99.99 and amount went through Iphone app store. It there any way to cancel my service and get my money back.
I had done my subscription in april during IPL,charge 299 for 1 year.Its been 5-6 month and telling to subscribe again .please solve my problem….
I am not using hotstar and still there is a deduction of 9.99$ from my credit card. I have cancelled the membership last month. When will it take place? Is this some kind of a ridiculous joke or something? I am a student here and I cannot afford to waste 9.99$ every month. Over that I cannot even sign in my account. I want the refund back for this month which is a total of 10$, otherwise I’ll file a complaint against Hotstar for fraudulent activities.

I became a member of Hotstar on the 18th of August. I became a member to watch the serial Homeland. However all through the 18th as well as the 19th I could not watch this serial on my TV set. I have a smart TV. Therefore on the 19th I cancelled my membership.
My question is, “When will I get my refund”.

I am a Hotstar premium member, I paid the amount through my smartphone. I am able to access premium shows through my smartphone but not through laptop. What I need to do to sync my laptop to Hotstar premium account ?
I’m being charged 199 every month even though i have cancelled my subscription. The account is conveniently cancelled but the money is being deducted and the account doesn’t reflect any of the payment made though i can prove it with my credit card statement. No contact number is updated for customer service.
Cancellation process is horrible and many people are losing money because of very difficult process. It is the way of making money by cheating public.
HotStar should provide customer care number in India and simplify the cancellation process.

Hi. I am having the same problem. I keep getting charged even though I am sure I had canceled my membership. Did you figure out how to solve this issue?
I have following concerns.
1. I paid Rs. 999 through Paytm on 14th June and have not received any confirmation from you
2. There is no customer care phone Number available to lodge complaint.
3. Do you work like this?
4. Either activate my premium membership else refund my money immediately
Hotstar premium is not working on my Macbook Pro Laptop…its fine on iPhone. But i need to watch it on my laptop. It was working a while ago but somehow its not now. Why is this so? What can i do start it on my laptop as well. PLS REVERT ASAP. Thanks.

My hotstar has stopped and asking for recharge.
I did earlier. After two days today it again stop. Asking for recharge. When I tried, it say “user already have this pack”.
What to do now to watch IPL?
Customer service is really very poor. They promise to return but never return back to our call. I have been 2 months viewing the hotstar. It’s streaming is very very poor . From yesterday night I keep on getting message “ something unexpected occur we are working and login back in few minutes” . I wasted almost 1 hour of my time yesterday and today morning. Still same message. What exactly is going on. Is there a limit of videos for new customers. I am 100% sure I won’t get reply back or anyone care to answer back.if I have that much time to spend then definitely don’t u think I will search online videos and look those in pieces. Sorry but I am really very very frustrated.
I have deactivated my premium account last week however my credit card is charged for Rs.199 today as a recurring cost for the same. Please return the funds back as this is unethical and illegal to deduct amount after the account is deactivated. My premium membership is valid only till 10th May 2018 so why is the charge again to my card.
I have paid yearly membership for one year “all sports subscribtion” and have installed Hotstar app on my mob. However when I login, to watch the IPL e. g., I am asked to pay subscribtion somethimes after 9 min. free trial, whereas having suscibed, I should be able to watch live steaming without interruption.

Some of the movies that i want to watch does not play, it gives the following message:
“Looks like something went wrong. Refresh the page to start playback.” It does not play even if i Refresh.
Most of the movie data base is old. It not worth to subscribe to “HotStar”. I really don’t know why you fool the people.
