About Herschel
Known for its hipster retro backpacks and accessories, the Canadian manufacturer, Herschel manufactures the finest quality travel bags and accessories. Herschel Supply Company was founded in 2009 by Lyndon Cormack and Jamie Cormack. They named it after the small Canadian village Herschel, Saskatchewan. The headquarters is located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
With about 44 retail stores spanning Hong Kong, Dubai and Paris, Herschel Supply Co. has carved a niche for itself in the industry. Herschel Supply Co. ships internationally to over 200 countries, however all shipping outside of the US or Canada will attract VAT, import duties and/taxes on arrival in your country. Any Herschel product that is purchased on the Herschel website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for a full refund excluding shipping cost. Products that have been used or washed are not accepted. Also sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. You can exchange any product bought from the Herschel online store by filling the contact form and once the warehouse has received the product and the new product is in-stock, your new desired product will be sent to you.
