Gotogate cost me one airline ticket and the purchase of another one. You did not deal with the request I made. You sent emails saying “please be patient” – all to NO AVAIL. Your Complaints procedure is atrocious. You rely on your customer to give up so you get the money regardless of providing a service. Your contact is a call centre in India who do not deal with requests and have no opportunity to enable you to talk to anyone above them to sort difficulties out. They do not know the hours of business that their “supervisor” works. VERY SUSPICIOUS.
I have phoned 9 times since the 14 of September and NOT ONE person could help me to change my flight date AFTER I PAID £120 for a flexible ticket. Now I’ve been told that I will pay £110 plus admin fees for no show. I will make sure to escalate this matter all over social media, hello peter and everywhere I possibly can. I am a frequent flyer who travels abroad atleast 6 times a year and never have I experienced this horrible customer service.
I have called several time due to change of departure time. Have a connecting flight and asked them to change this according to new flight details. They promise and promise every time to solve this but nothing happened. Looks like they dont care about customers at all. Nobody takes any responsibility.
I’ve been contacting them for 2 days to sort out the new details and customer service staff hangs up the phone when I explain that I need to confirm my ticket. Customer service is of poor quality. I am very dissatisfied with the company.
Booked my tickets online, wrote my full name in the appropriate fields required, paid everything on the spot. Unfortunately had to change the flight dates which costed me an extra $$$. Got to the airport and was told that because my full name was not on the airline ticket, I couldn’t board the plane. Rang gotogate and got some story from the CSR on the end of the phone, not helpful and could not understand his language. Will be pursuing a refund from this company.
My flight was cancelled by the airline on 7 April. I am still waiting for a refund. I have phoned them over 10 times, each time with a painful wait time. They are full of promises. They don’t follow up. they don’t do anything. Customer service is zero. I have no confidence that I will get a refund despite the airline assuring me I will. A terrible experience. I will NEVER us them again.
