GolfNow is a popular tee-time marketplace, founded in 2001. Part of NBC Sports Digital, GolfNow primarily deals with golf-related products and services. Golf reservation services are offered for residents in the US, Canada, Ireland and UK. The company is headquartered at Orlando, Florida.
Currently, the GolfNow platform boasts of more than 3.5 million registered users. Golf addicts can search and book golf online at more than 6,000 golf courses around the world. Registered users can begin a booking by entering course, city or postal code in the search tool available on the homepage. The platform lists most golf courses situated across the United States.
Tee-times can be booked on the web or through the official smartphone app for iOS or Android. On each golf course listing, you have details of the tee-time, address, price and highlights of the course. The course details include the length, yards, slope and number of holes. There are different time slots shown for golfers to pick. You can also see the number of golfers and whether it includes a cart or not.
Payment for booking a tee-time can be made using Visa or MasterCard. The cancellation policy varies from one location to another. Most courses however offer a 24-hour tee time cancellation policy. Hot Deals tee times can be canceled but are non-refundable.
GolfNow members can earn reward points on every booking. The points can be used for free golf or for upgrading account. Upgrading to GolfNow VIP membership offers a range of benefits that include zero convenience fees, extra reward points, exclusive support, cancellation protection and other perks. Trying to contact you with no luck. I have paid for a course, tried to cancel but wont let me. No support.
After purchasing a $225.00 Gift card for a family members birthday last month and thinking what a great gift this would be since he is an avid golf player, but I was absolutely shocked to hear how to difficult it was to use the services @ Golfnow. Tee times were only available 3 to 4 days in advance, and with limited courses available. Long story short, my nephew was never actually able to use the gift card due to how the structure of discounted tee time availability is set up. I contacted customer service for a refund, as there was not a single purchase and within the 10 month window for refunds, and was told your by “George” the CSR, Ok we processed your refund, when I asked for a reference number for my refund, I put on hold for several minutes, and told, no reference is available. The lack of professionalism I received has lead me to write this review. Still waiting for an email or and reference to my $225 refund….
Over the past year the golfnow support has been very disappointing and I will no longer become a member of golfnow. The company has started outsourcing the customer service which is terrible and they no longer give the VIP membership a free monthly tee time. I recommend avoiding this membership and looking for something better.
I have signed up online several years ago. I want to see my rewards and cannot see how to access them anywhere. How can I get to the rewards earned page? Thanks, BIll

I used Golf Now to book a tee time at ROLLING HILLS Champion bethesda grange Course toronto canada, confirmation number 328171687. We were able to get through 9 holes until heavy rain started. They closed the course because of heavy rains and lightning. At the clubhouse we were told that we could get a raincheck , but Golf Now would have to do this. Can you let me know how this process would be done on your end?
GolfNow started charging estimated taxes of 10% on August 1, 2019 for some reservations but not others. Each time I called Customer Service for the first three times they refunded the taxes, the next two bookings they didn’t charge taxes then the last time they charged taxes again. I called Customer Service and have spoken with a supervisor (case # 0514297) but no response to date from Customer Service. After the call I received a Survey to which I responded and included all the information regarding my concerns about the taxes. To date I have not had any response. I also got conflicting information from the agent / supervisor. It seems that starting August 1, 2019 the taxes are charged to be tax compliant however they have not explained why they charge 10% and Maryland taxes are only 6%.. Who do they pay the taxes to and by what method. Why didn’t they notify members ahead of time that this was going to happen. I have been a member for two years but this will likely be my last year because of this issue and not getting any responses to my submittals through the Surveys. I am trying this post to see if Customer Service will respond to my concerns / questions.

I used Golf Now to book a tee time at Buffalo Run Golf Course, confirmation number 326000822. We were able to get through 9 holes until a severe storm came. They closed the course because of heavy rains and lightning. At the clubhouse we were told that we could get a raincheck through for the back 9, but Golf Now would have to do this. Any idea how this can be done.

I booked a tee time at Pine Forest in Bastrop Texas I checked my account to make sure that they didn’t take the money out because y’all wanted a credit card and it wasn’t took out Sunday so me and three guys paid are $43 their Bastrop and now Monday morning y’all took out $121 out of my account
Reservation #324949820. On May 27, 2019 I was charged $93 for a tee time but the course was closed due to weather.
Please let me know who to contact to resolve.
Bring back the VIP program for all of us who have been royal Golfnow VIP members, grandfathered in at $99 annually. For those who want this Golf pass with all the extras most golfers don’t want or need, let them sign up this $199 plan. The only notification I received about a month or so ago, was that my card would be charged $199 (not $99) on my May auto renewal date. After talking to the VIP customer service, I’ve decided to not renew and would imagine quite a few others who were also grandfathered in will cancel also.
FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I am presently in Arizona at the Catalina State Park. My friend, Ron Viecelli, made reservations for us to play a round of golf at Links of Queens Creek Golf Club for today, Saturday, February 16th. Unfortunately a heavy rain storm stuck on Thursday night in the Tucson area. As a result, flash floods have taken place throughout the area, including the one entrance/exit road to Catalina State Park. This road has been closed for two days and we were unable to leave to travel to the golf course. Ron charged our round of golf on his credit card, We contacted GolfNow as directed by the golf course to explain the reason why we could not make our tee time. GolfNow has refused to issue a refund. We are stranded in the state park as result of a weather incident. Since this was caused by a weather related event I feel Ron should be We have pictures of the road closing if needed. I have signed up for Golfnow twice and do not receive any emails. When I sign in I am told that ‘you are not connected’, however, I do not have any problems when going into other sites.
Hello, I have used GolfNow in the past and found that it was much more user friendly. I’m wondering what I need to do to my account to find tee times easier. Right now, it shows a golf course and tee time, but when I click on it, I am usually told there are 0 times available or if there is a tee time, it doesn’t tell me how many players the time is for.
I liked it in the past when there were actual boxes that showed tee times and # of players that were available.
I’m hoping that the new cumbersome site is just something I need to set up on my account to make it more user friendly.

Just talked to Adrian in customer service to make sure I wasn’t charged from Golf Now for a transaction that eventually never happened…(Poor follow-up om my part). He was extremely pleasant and helpful. Kudos for the good service….Jerry
On 11-6-18, I had a tee time confirmation number: 321633527 at Marengo Ridge in Marengo, IL. Time was for 12pm. At 11:30 am I called to cancel due to weather. It was 43 degrees, raining, with 20+ mph winds. I was told by someone at Golf Now that I couldn’t cancel due to the fact the course was open (I was told by the Tim the golf pro at Marengo) that they are always open, but NO ONE had played that day and the conditions where really not playable. He told me he would try to contact golf now and see if I could get a refund. I have not heard from anyone concerning this situation. I would be out $34+ if not refundable.
