About GoCatch
GoCatch is a popular taxi booking app in Australia connecting travellers with drivers in real-time. The taxi booking platform was launched in the year 2011 and now claims to be serving over 350,000 registered passengers. It has a network of 35,000 drivers across Australia. Founded by entrepreneurs Andrew Campbell and Ned Moorfield, GoCatch allows travellers to book ridesharing, taxi, or taxi van. The GoCatch app is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Upon booking, travellers will get details of the driver and be able to track the vehicle in real time through GPS or even reach the driver on phone. Payment for booking can be made using credit card or even PayPal account. For corporates, GoCatch accepts Business Credit Cards and even offers a Centralised Corporate Account to manage all travel expenses. With a centralised account, employee’s GoCatch accounts will be charged to one single credit card or PayPal account. For more information or queries on payment, cancellation, technical support, or others, reach the GoCatch customer service.
1. Your support form won’t accept my mobile number. It says “Enter a number” when I already have done so.
2. Your email address is not complete on this web page: “support@gocatch”. .com? .org?
3. Here is the bug I’m trying to report:
App works fine when I use the gps location. It does not work well when I have to change it manually. Twice today I have started typing the address I want then selecting the one I want but the driver goes to a totally wrong place. The map shows them going to the wrong address and we have to discuss it by phone until they home in on my location. This evening was particularly bad because the ride was canceled due to “driver cannot find.” I had to pay cash instead of ApplePay. Please look into this and also please don’t assume I typed in a wrong address. I’ve re-installed the app but I won’t know if it worked until tomorrow.
