Hi,
Recently we brought some elderly visitors and family members who enjoy outdoors to the Gardens. This was their first visit. Although they are relatively mobile, they cut short the visit with much disappointment. Even though there are stops for rest, they do not have sufficient stamina to walk and visit the sprawling areas. With an aging population, please consider implementing the following.
1. Provide rental of wheelchairs at entry point. I feel this is necessary so that needs of older folks are not neglected.
2. Allow the tram trolleys to ferry visitors to a few designated sites, like in Sentosa.
I hope you will consider my feedback favourably.
Regards
Esther Tan
I visited the Flower Dome on June 2015. The display was awesome and have highly recommended Singapore to my friends as a go to vacation place. I have mentioned Flower Dome and Gardens by the Bay as a highlight of my vacation.
I took a picture of an awesome plant but unfortunately did not get the name. I wonder if I could send the photo and someone may help me identify it?
Thank you for your consideration.
