I bought a 2 pack of assaj ventress’ lightsaber, and only received 1, and I called the day it came and they told me not to worry and they would send one out within 2 weeks! 2 weeks later I get an email telling me to send them the 1 lightsaber I received in order to get 2 new ones! I threw that box away because they told me they were sending one out, so I’m not going to hold onto this huge box! now 2 months later they’re still telling me they need that lightsaber in order to do it, I dont have the money to buy a new huge box pay to send it back to them all because they didnt send me my full order! this was a $400 order, each lightsaber is $200! they have shoved me in a corner and robbed me of over $200! and want me to pay for these 2 mistakes made by them! I’ve been in tears for weeks because I can’t get anywhere!
I messaged you guys about a week or two ago and called about a pre-order issue I’ve been having about last week but have gotten no kind of reply not confirmation of action/progress.
The issue I am having is that I had placed an in-store pre-order for the Final Fantasy VII Deluxe Edition about on 2/15/2020 before the local store closed. I was told that when the stores closed an email would be sent so that I could change the fulfilment to be shipped. I never got that email. From my understanding it could be the case that an old email I haven’t used in years could be attached to my rewards. I called the GameStop phone line and spoke to someone regarding this and he took my information to have the game shipped to me, gave him my valid email address and was told I would be receiving a confirmation email. I never received that email or any others regarding this.
The conversation had over the phone was maybe a week before the game launched and was hoping to receive my product at least a day after it launched. I am just trying to get this situation figured out and obtain a product I paid for in full months in advance.
this week I have been having some major issues with my Nintendo 3Ds Gameboy my orange light keeps blinking several times all night yesterday. and some of my features doesn’t work good all of my 3Ds features I need you to fix these major issues overnight this whole week. and my second issue is I would like you to format all of my Content on all of my devices like Nintendo 3DS XL and Wii u

I am a very frustrated GameStop customer. I ordered an Xbox 360 on Black Friday and submitted my $70 visa prepaid gift card rebate. I was under the impression that I would get my rebate within 6 weeks but I did not. I checked the status of rebate with my tracking number and it said my rebate was invalid. This is really annoying because I did not even get a text/email saying that my rebate was invalid. What are my next steps?
Is there any way of looking up the serial number of the PS3 I bought several years ago from you guys I want to make sure my nephew didn’t take it
I placed an order for and iPhone 8 for my son for Christmas, I am a divorced father so I have my son at certain times. All he has been asking for is an iPhone 8 as an upgrade for his iPhone 5. We did our Christmas today (12/21) he opened his phone and was extremely happy. We then placed his SIM card from his old phone in the new phone, he could receive no calls or texts, I called Verizon and they said the line was suspended as his SIM card was placed in a stolen/lost phone. I contacted your 800 number and they were emailing me a return label to return the phone and would ship a new phone when they receive this one back. They said the estimated turn around time is 2 weeks or more?? This is very disappointing and I am very unhappy about this. As the phone being stolen/lost was NOT my fault and now my son will return to his mom tomorrow without his main present. Also very embarassing to have to call Verizon and them tell me this and question me as to where I got the new phone!!! So now he is sad and without his gift and I tell him it will be 2 weeks or more to get him a replacement phone. I spend quite a bit of money at GameStop for video games for my son and this is a VERY disappointing development buying from a major retailer to have been sent a stolen/lost phone…..I wanted to voice my concern and extreme unhappiness with this!!! The phone will be on its way back tomorrow…..I would like to think the replacement phone will be in working condition!! The order number for the original order is 4181126142668773 placed on November 26…….Very disappointed in this transaction…..I just want a working iPhone 8 for my son!!!

I have a gift card that was given (by mom) to me for my son to use for his x-box. I couldn’t use the gift card at the store. I held on the line for 49minutes (1-888-818-2915) to be told- the gift card was used in 2013. How can I use the gift card in 2013, if it was given to me, in 2018. The card pin number was just scratched today so I could find out the balance. I am a little confuse and was told that the card was deactivated. Please just explain how can a card be used in 2013, if I received it in 2018 without the pin number seen until I scratched of the pin numbers today. I think an error was made when the card was purchased and never activated by the cashier.

Wow. That is disappointing. The company I worked for doesnโt filter its reviews. Not for such a review of the experience. Thatโs not in the customersโ best interest, to only post the reviews that benefit your reputation. There was nothing but truth in the review, and it did not include any vulgarity or bashing or specific attacks on any individuals or locations nor did it make any profound or disparaging accusations.
The fact that your team decides to moderate this does warrant my no longer supporting your business. I shall post my thoughts on other outlets in the near future, to highlight the practices of this company with regards to reviews and Gamestopโs blatant attempts to protect your reputation when the necessity to update your sales practices are at fault. Though it is perfectly ok for a customer to review a product you sell and say how bad it is, or broken and not recommended.
This is proof enough for me. Thanks anyway.

The PS4 is Great but Refurb Can Use Update
The system itself is fantastic. I had an OG and upgraded to a PS4 Pro last year. Getting this for a family birthday gift. I was originally going for a used or refurb but Gamestopโs Prices for these are outrageous. First off, used is only $40 less than new so theyโre getting a crazy markup from what they pay to trade. Then I chose a refurb which they said was the same price. Still expensive. But upon further inspection even though they said it was a 1tb. The refurbs are 500GB super OG non slim. They want to take you for $279 for a 1tb refurb with no warranty. This price gauging needs to be controlled a bit more. Especially when the associates donโt even know what theyโre selling you at best. Or purposely hosing people for cash.
