About FuboTV
FuboTV is a TV streaming service launched in 2015. Headquartered at New York City, the company serves consumers in the US, Canada and Caribbean. The three packages offered include Fubo Premier, Fubo Latino and Fubo Portugues. Subscribers have to pay a flat rate for streaming access to a set of TV channels. Besides a vast range of sports channels, subscribers also will find general channels. The basic package includes 70-plus channels, along with local channels in supported areas. Sports programming support include soccer, football, baseball, golf, basketball, swimming and rugby.
Subscribers can watch FuboTV on computer, iOS or Android devices, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, and Roku devices. New users can get access to 30 hours of free cloud DVR recording space. Tried to cancel, got charged any which in turn messed up my account. Tried to chat and they wanted to charge me $5.00 to go to some page. Tried to call, got answered by a technician and once I explained my problem he put me back on hold. I am trying to get my money plus extra that I got charged back immediately.
I cant even login to cancel my subscription. Did anyone get the through because, this is way to the much. Is there an email? Chat? They made it sound so easy to cancel. Silly me.
What a racket. I just went through he same thing.They don’t give you a decent way to cancel out. They dont even send you a confirmation email letting you know if you have the subscription. What a joke.
I cancelled my subscription months ago and you are still charging my account. I need my money returned and the subscription stopped immediately. Please give me a number that I can speak with someone. ASAP!
I HATE sports and never signed up for this service. I just noticed that they have been charging me for the past 6 months and there is no way to get in contact with anyone. No way of getting refunded or even finding out how in the world they managed to start billing me. This is a total scam of an experience.
Trying to cancel my free trial before I get charged a monthly fee. Fubo says I have to cancel through Roku. Roku says there is no subscription to Fubo. What a racket. No email, no phone number for Fubo. Guess I’ll contact BBB next.
Could you please send the cancellation notice so I have it documented for fubotv. I canceled my membership through my app on my phone but I have not received an email confirming the cancellation. Thank you for your help
I am trying to cancel my subscription and have not had any luck. Please remove me. I will be contacting my credit card company and refusing to pay any more.
I watch FUBU through my desktop computer, using my cable utility, Xfinity. These days, I watch news programs a lot, usually on MSNBC. I ignore the ads, because none of them try to sell things I need or want. Some, though, cannot be ignored, because their sound levels are jacked up so high. The latest one is an ad for Carhartt clothing, but recently I have had to mute the sound on an ad for some sports package. I can’t find a way to complain to FUBU or Xfinity about this problem. They are so well buffered that there is no way for subscribers to contact them. When I tried the Xfinity customer service number, the recording gave me two choices, to pay my bill or to order additional services. When I didn’t choose either, I was disconnected.
I signed up for a trial period, canceled the service within that trial period, and was charged $44.99, despite canceling the service. Fubotv makes it impossible to contact by telephone. Emailing Fubotv is WORTHLESS. I want my refund immediately processed!
To Whom It May Concern:
I just signed up for a FuboTV online account and I am a bit confused and quite frankly disappointed… I specifically paid for a subscription so that I can live stream and/or record World Cup games broadcasted via Telemundo.
I have a few questions:
Why can I not fast forward during any of the previously recorded (not live) World Cup games? Isn’t that the whole point of paying for a subscription? If I record these games ahead of time, can I watch fast forward through all of the commercials?
I tried to record a few of the upcoming World Cup games but it told me I am out of DVR space… After watching the games I am recording, can I delete them from my recorded games and record new games? Or can I only record a few games and then never record any further games in the future?
I am just confused as to what I am paying for if I cannot fast forward nor record more than a few games. Please let me know what I am able / not able to do with this subscription. Thank you.

Awful service, and completely misleading. I was charged for service that I did NOT authorize, so I requested help on the online chat. When I finally made contact with someone, the representative disappeared all of a sudden, and this is after I had spoken to her for a fair amount of time. My problem was not resolved in any manner. Worst customer service ever, and worst service ever.
They are charging us unauthorized payments and there is no place to locate a way to contact them. Their chat centre has no response. I think this could be a scam or they are going bankrupt?
I wish you would have package by sport. The only sport I am interested in is cycling. I don’t want to pay 15$ for using 1 of that many channels of a package. Sorry. I’ll be looking somewhere else.

I love Fubotv, however, i have contacted customer service many many times for help and with questions and i have never had a response. Your product is expensive and i would think that you would care about your customers, but your customer service ethic does not exist.You have changed your format and i cant find a thing, but zero help, zero response to my questions. Would love a response from someone at Fubo. Please show you care!
