After numerous attempts and money being charged on my credit card and not receiving what I paid for i have become furious with this company.
Now this will be the 55th time I have emailed, God forbid you guys would lower yourselves to have a phone number so your customers can call you.
I worked for over 2 years, with 215+ clients, with an average of 99% 5 star reviews. Customer complained (A LOT of customers on this website try to get their project for free, so they will tell you they do not like it, but won’t tell you why they don’t like it) about my project, they did not like it, could not give a reason why. My account was instantly suspended, I had $1,000 USD in my account.
**What this website does, is, once you have $500+ USD in your account, they will suspend your account and not give you a reason.** Oh yes, they keep your money that is in your account.

This site is a scam. I opened an account a few months ago and I made potential customers who we worked on various projects. The other day they asked for verification documents that I provided without any compromise. After several hours I was not able to access the account on the basis that it was closed. I was not told the reason behind the closure and upon inquiring the reason behind the closure, nobody responded. It is so disappointing to have lost a treasure that you worked hard to build. Very rude support team indeed.
This site is horrible. Closing accounts after acquiring confidential information from its freelancers without giving the reason behind the closure. If you inquire about the same they never reply. Very rude support team.
This company will take your money and charge your card, and will refuse to release funds that were paid to you by clients for your work.
There is no available phone number and “customer support” is dodgy. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. STAY AWAY.
You have posted 2 charges to PayPal for the job I awarded to NIMBY. They haven’t even accepted yet. The total for the job is supposed to be $400. You charged $407 and then $200. I didn’t think I was supposed to pay the entire amount at the beginning. Your systems are really disgraceful

You click Chat button to speak with the person. Ask loads of questions as the freelancers will accept work at the sight of a job. If the job does not move forward you can receive your money back, start slowly before giving them loads of quid to see if the work they are doing for you is up to scratch. I went with someone who showed good work, but the result had error everywhere. Be careful, and good luck.
Yesterday night I clicked on hire because I couldnโt do otherwise. In reality I do not intend to commit myself before having talked to the person, before contacting him: I donโt even know if he is able to do what I need. I know you refund money. This is not the point: I refuse to start before talking. Tell me please the way to do that.
