My flight was cancelled by Airline(Air India) due to Covid-19. I called customer care and I had been told credits were sent to me via email which I never received. Customer care arranged a call back to gather more details on credits. I never received any call back. I have sent around 20 emails to sales@flyfar.ca and never heard anything back. Now the wait time is more than 3 hours whenever I call customer care.
I need to use the credits to book a flight.
Within 30 – 45 minutes on June 6 I booked a flight from Oakland to Bellingham for my son in law . I did not get a confirmation just a screen that said it was processing. So I called a service agent, he told me it had not gone through and to book it again.
I did so but got the same ‘processing screen’ so I called him back. Then he told me I had 2 bookings. I asked him to cancel the second one (that he told me to book) Then he told me I would get a voucher. I do not want a voucher I want a complete refund on my credit card. I do not use this airline and am only doing so because of Covid. I always use Air Canada, so a voucher is not acceptable. This is not my error. I was ill advised. This is the responsibility of your company.. I assure you I will not let this go. I can’t afford to be out the price of a second ticket that the agent had advised me to purchase. I do not have the booking number so I can’t use your complaint form.

My partner & I booked to rail it to Cairns, and then catch a flight to Horn Island. (from Cairns) Qld Australia.
We received notification from Qld Rail Brisbane, that because of rail work, our train would have to leave one day earlier than originally planned. (Paperwork provided). We then had to change our flight to fly from Cairns to Horn Island one day earlier. We rang Flyfar, whom we had the original booking with, and asked to change the flight from 18th March to 17th March. We were told that we could do that, BUT there would be a charge to alter the details. It seemed an awful lot, seeing that it was just one day earlier, same time etc. Having to go on that flight, we said OK, and could they send us an invoice for this amount, turned out to be $405.10. We gave my credit card to charge, which they did -(statement here to verify), but did not send said invoice. We received other invoices from Huntingtons to Fly Far, but not what I was after to claim back on Travel Insurance. We rang four or five times to get this invoice for the $405.10, but never got it. All I want now, is an invoice saying that the additional alteration charge of $405.10 was paid. Surely that can not be too hard! Please help me get a copy of this charge. The names of passengers were, Mrs Margaret Colledge, and Mr Lynton Bolland, and the Flight number was 2497 – Cairns to Horn Island. Electronic Ticket numbers;- 0819566893686 & 0819566893690 . The original date to fly was 18/03/2017 and we changed it to 17/3/2017. I just want an invoice for the additional cost to change it one
