I am attending The Zac Brown concert and just had the worst interaction with the person they have assigned to elevator number 7 Jeanne. She was not only incompetent but decided to be rude as well. I am perplexed at how she is allowed to engage with any patron. I am disgusted.
I sent a letter after attending the first playoff game and had no response. I was in RF box 90 on 10/5/18. I was very disappointed with the staff (of which you have plenty) in that section. My view of the game was the backs of the fans in front of me. My ticket cost me $135 and the only was I could see the game was replays on the jumbotron.
I know fans are excited, but standing for the entire game is rude to those of us who cannot do this. I strongly feel that the section supervisiors did not do their job with keeping the fans in their seats. I have sat in other sections in right field that a wonderful employee made sure that people kept seated so that the entire section could watch the game.
Money wasted!!!, I could have stayed home and enjoyed every play!!
Just tell me, is it not the job of the employees of a section should keep a close eye on the crowd and manage them. If not, let me know; if so I think they need to have their job responsibilities reviewed.
I am a retired person, comfortable, but nowhere near rich enough to waste $135.
Very disappointed

I attended last nights game 8-1-17. I parked in the gate B parking lot within about 5 rows of the exit side. I believe I lost my cell phone there. Black case blue LG flip phone. Any help or recommendations as to recovering it would be greatly appreciated.
