Don’t buy ticket from eDreams. I bought air ticket in Oct 2022 and received email asking me to change flight schedule in Dec. They didn’t inform me the total charges but charged me US$1300 directly without my consent which is almost the same price as the air ticket. I sent email and complaint letter to them but no reply until now.
Can you refund me the money you took from me for the prime option. I am not your user. I got a ticket for Italy last year through my cousin. Shortly after that you took my money for prime service. My cousin and I solved the problem then by deactivating the prime service from her account. But today the same situation happened, you took my money again.
I agree with the other comments. My ticket was booked with higher price. Then I cancelled the ticket (free cancellation) and they said hotel booking is non-refundable. Then the call center person said you will get refund within 1 month. Now they are saying I will not get refund, ridiculous. The total amount is 227.12 euro. I have been waiting for a refund for over a month and still they play game. This is worst company to do ticket booking.
I recently booked a Flight & Hotel deal with Edreams from Cyprus to Greece.
They took my 782 euros & said the booking was being processed, next day said the airline could not confirm the flights so have to change airline which begrudging did even though travel time was doubled and I have a 1 yr old baby (not ideal) then they cancelled the alternative the next day saying the same ,at this point i had enough and requested a refund. They agreed and 2 weeks later sent 400 euros back obviously I am still owed 382 euros which i have been asking for everyday but I am getting nowhere.
I would like an email explaining my credit card charge for $239.29 from 02/08/2022 Asap. I have no booking reference or confirmation email. as it was deleted . I cancelled my flight within a couple hours of booking and was informed I would get a total refund. It is so frustrating trying to get in touch with a human voice. Chat line doesn’t respond to this request.
I booked a flight on 30th March and within the same hour, I canceled my ticket While canceling the ticket it shows me that I will get a refund in a maximum of 14 days, Which means 05 months but I never get my refund back. I called them several times and even put reviews and email them, and always they said that my refund is in the process they requested and I will get it within 14 days. Even though I asked them to contact one of their superiors always they denied saying no supervisor is available.
When I called them on 26 August their agent Methali informed me there was an issue on my card hence the refund did not proceed but their working on it. Three of their agents Intima, Kishan, and Methali has informed me that my refund is on precedes, But after 05 months today, another Agent Amith told me that they never charge my card so there is no refund to be done. How ridiculous, as per him my ticket was never confirmed and they never charge and still, he mentioned that there was no supervisor available. and after 05 months I lost my USD 356 to such a useless company.
Worst company ever!! They hang up in your face when you call for a refund due to their error!! I’ve been going back and forth with them for 2 months with no resolution.
I booked my flights through this company…I paid for connection flight insurance and when my first flight was canceled they charged me an extra 168.00 for rebooking my flight did not offer a hotel or meals or alternative. I was also told to contact the airlines myself to rebook my own flights. I was flying 6000kms away to work and I had given notice on my apt so I had to stay in a hotel for a week waiting for my new flight. Nothing was done to help in this time. When I called all I got told was they can’t find where I paid for insurance when I gave them policy number they then said it’s their policy to not refund anything…4 agents and 3 supervisors later and still no answers have been dealing w this issue for 4 days.
I have written confirmation from Emirates that they refunded our 2 international airfares totaling $4800 0n October 16 2021. After more than 20 calls and emails here we are on April 6 2022 with no refund. Initially we thought incompetence but now suspect corporate theft.
WORST COMPANY! No way of speaking to anyone, didn’t send me a confirmation for my flight so have no booking reference which means every way of contact is void. All phone numbers and bots need a booking number to even get hold of a person, and they didn’t send me my confirmation and booking so my hands are totally tied. Feel Like crying!
This is the worst travel agency. Their customer service it’s not a real one, and they’re trying to take my whole money due to a Covid cancellation. Acting just like scammers!
Does anyone have any insight on how I can get eDreams to actually just issue my tickets? Airline won’t do it, they say eDreams has to but they are impossible to deal with
My experience with this horrible travel agency is similar – I managed to change the dates of my trip but they don’t issue the tickets. The KLM said they must reissue the tickets, and they do not. Just the same questions, the same checks, the same accent – nothing happens. They said they must charge me, I agreed. And that was it, they keep insisting on waiting, 24 hours, 24 hours, 24 hours. It has taken months and they even don’t bother to do their job, to reissue a payed ticket! They can’t even charge my card. Absolutely useless.
Did you end up getting them to issue the tickets? If so
how, they are useless and calling them daily for a month is getting me nowhere. The airline are pretty useless too, they can see it’s changed but won’t help either
Absolutely horrible agency to book any tickets.
I am struggling to get my refund from last 5 months and there is no update.
The worst part is the their customer support, they will never get your call transferred to a supervisor or a manager. The CRS agents who work from India are so unprofessional and will always give you fake promises and assurances. Agency said they have refunded my ticket, I did not receive any amount, to prove this they asked me to send my bank statements, which I did sent to them, however, it’s still the unresponsive behaviour. Contacted them on social media platforms, complaint to the airlines nothing worked!! I will warn and highly recommend “NOT TO TAKE ANY BUSINESS” with this Travel agency!!
Edream is by far the worst travel agent, i have personally experienced everything mentioned by everyone here..
Impossible to get hold of “human agent” over the phone. Unresponsive via email and chat
If you ever get through to human agent and complain they will hang up the phone to shut you off.
Please avoid these guys are joke, dont book your flight with them even if they are way cheaper
Absolutely terrible. Airline cancelled my outbound flight booked through Opodo. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact to try and get my refund. No Email address, no contact number. I did manage to find their automated chat function and was directed to an agent. Waited 40minutes to be told no agent available and cut me off.
I can only warn everyone booking with eDreams or Opodo. I was due to be entitled for 2 Refunds and i am still struggling to get a Status and the Money. For one Flight even though LUFTHANSA cancelled it. I did not get a refund for 1/2 Year now!
This is a horrible travel agency. I am unable to speak to a human. It hangs up every time!!!

My personal experience with this web travel agency is terrible!
I’ve lost my flight BCN-LHR-HND cause the first flight (BCN-LHR nr.BA477) was cancelled due to the Covid 19 alarm without any warning, email, information!
I paid for 2 tickets more than 1.200€ and they paid me back just 100€.
They still try to invent excuses, not answer to the emails, it’s a fraud… NEVER MORE!
Totally agree with the comments. I have been waiting for a refund for over a year and still they play game. This is worst company to do business. They hide behind the call center in India and you can never speak to someone responsible.
I want to warn everyone about booking with Edreams.
My daughter and my nieces booked all internal flights in Europe with EDreams. Every flight they booked they confirmed wrong departure times and wrong flight information. Firstly flight AIR FRANCE AZ7800 FROM FLORENCE AT 7.05am on the 05/07/2017 TO PARIS was supposed to be a direct flight ,arrive at 8.55 am.This was confirmed by Edreams the night before. Flight was delayed 3 hrs and redirected to Rome and stayed 3 hrs so they lost half a day.
This was not advised. HENCE driver waiting for them in Paris was paid for but now cancelled as he couldn’t wait for girls.
2) Flight Norwegian air D 86771 Madrid to Mallorca on 11/07/2017 was supposed to leave 9.40am again miss informed and found out flight was 2 hrs later. Again lost transfer fees
3)Flight vueling VY 2480 BARCELONA TO SPLIT 12.05 on 17/07/2017 DIDNOT EXISIT. So found another flight 3 hrs later . As a consequence they lost their ferry tickets at 5pm from Split to Hvar. They caught a private boat for transfer at 1131.44 euro for the 6 girls.
4) Flight Mykonos to Ibiza 9.45 AM on 31/07 on Iberia IB 5067 WAS also confirmed in email . When girls arrive at airport they find flight left at 7 am . Girls weren’t even notified.I was on the phone with Edreams for 6 hrs passed from one person to another and cutting me off several times so I had to ring again. Eventually a customer service gentleman advised there is a flight to Barcelona at 1 am from Athens to Barcelona and Barcelona to Ibiza at 4 am so he advised me that girls have to get ferry to Athens. Girls caught taxi to port ,then a ferry to Athens.
Again I called up Edreams and inquired if EDreams will pay for this. Again I was passed from one person to another blaming it on the airlines and advising me that I need to contact Iberia air .I advised I bought ticket from Edreams and paid service charges to them and they need to find solution. They were not helpful .I asked to talk to the supervisor. After several phone calls I eventually got to the ground supervisor NITIKA.
This was also a total waste of time . She told me there is no flight at 1 am . I advised girls are already on ferry to Athens as advised by your customer service and expressed my concern about girls wellbeing left stranded in airport. She said she will return call. She didn’t return any calls. I called again, they informed me she is in meeting and she will call after one hour.She didn’t call. I called again the next day they transferred me but call was disconnected. Nitika to date did not attempt to contact, despite she had my mobile, girl’s numbers and email address .Girls booked most internal flights with them. They didn’t care about the welfare of my girls or how they were inconvenienced or the amount of money they lost to rebook. Girls were supposed to be at Ibiza at 11am on the 31/07 . They spent the night at Athens airport and booked a flight to Ibiza at 1am with another travel agent FOR AUS $1925.82 . This is for 4 tickets.On top of this they lost 590.90 euro for the first night lost for accommodation in Ibiza. All receipts are forwarded.
We are appalled at the treatment we received from Edreams ,particularly the ground supervisor Nitika. Totally unprofessional and I highly caution anyone from purchasing any tickets from them.We would like to be fully compensated for all monetary loss and inconvenience suffered.

Make sure you have got a lot of time and patience before trying to deal with their customer services. They give you the run around, put you on hold, pass you from one person to the next, then expect you to tell them the whole story again each time, then the classic hang up on you if you complain. USELESS organisation. They hide behind their switch board, no direct lines.
