About Easypaisa
Easypaisa is a Pakistani mobile payment service launched in 2009. The service was a joint venture between Telenor Pakistan and Tameer Microfinance Bank. With Easypaisa, users can transfer money conveniently, swiftly and safely any time, any where. The Easypaisa app is available for iOS and Android. Once the app has been installed you can send or receive money, pay bills, purchase airtime, and much more.
Registered users can send money to anybody across Pakistan with just the tap of a button. Money can also be sent to a bank account. Easypaisa also provides ATM cards through which users can withdraw cash from their Easypaisa account. Both postpaid and prepaid customers of Telenor can sign up for an Easypaisa mobile account. The mobile number will be the Easypaisa account number. After account creation, a 5-digit PIN code will be shared for future use.
Easypaisa boasts of more than 70,000 merchants across the country. You can locate a merchant in your city on the website. Businesses can take advantage of the branchless banking solution to receive payment any time from customers. Easypay provides multiple ways of collecting payments from customers. You can also use the service for salary disbursement, loan disbursement or school fee payments. Ecommerce merchants and organisations can integrate Easypay to receive payments from any person. Users can pay using Easypaisa at thousands of online and retail stores.
For bill payments through Easypaisa shop, users need to carry the bill along with the amount to any Easypaisa outlet. A confirmation SMS will be sent as soon as the bill is paid. There are no additional charges for bill payment through Easypaisa shops. Utility companies that allow payment through Easypaisa include K Electric 2, HESCO, IESCO, FESCO, LESCO, QUESCO, PTCL, SCO, SSGC, KWSB, WASA, Wateen, Qubee, Worldcall, Nayatel and Wi-tribe. One week before, I made a transaction through easy paisa but our amount has not reached to NBP Account.
It’s Rs.27000+Rs.23000+Rs.60 transaction. No body helps us to register our complaint at help line.
I am very much disappointed by easypaisa support, as I am facing problem in login since last two days. Support is just informing me that the issue will resolve soon
The response of easypaisa customer service centre is pathetic, no one picks up phone…the outlets charge for even getting deposits to my account and easypaisa is helpless in front of their franchises…even they charge higher prices at the time of cash withdrawals. I just started using easypaisa but I think I made a wrong decision.
Now I’m really disappointed with Easypaisa services and writing this message after a worst experience with Easypaisa mobile app and customer care service. I added Rs 2000/- to my Easypaisa account , money got transferred to Easypaisa account but I didn’t receive the message and get to know that my Easypaisa account is blocked and call to you’re helpline and register my complaint and agent told me that my account will work after 12hrs but it didn’t work till now .

I writing this email with great frustration and disappointment with online customer service support.
I actually got fuel filled up from “Aftab Service” located near Nipa chowrangi Karachi. I paid RS 2000 via easy Paisa app but somehow transaction failed and application showed “something went wrong”. I scanned barcode again and performed another transaction of same amount which went successful, I left the fuel station but after few time I checked app and found both transaction was successfully charged to me.
I am trying launching complain since last 4 days but they closed it with note that “receiver is not picking their call”. This reason is completely unacceptable illogical to me that I am not concerned why receiver is not picking your call I used you app and it you app fault which landed me into this situation.
Please let me know if there is any possibility to get my money back ? If not then I will definitely do what I can, in my scope.
