I have an existing premium subscrption with Dramafever. in the last couple of weeks, i have been getting very poor quality and choppy streaming both through the mobile app as well as via Roku. DF claims that this is due to weak wifi/internet connectivity which is utter nonsense. I did not have any problems with streaming from other sources, perfect HD quality, but not from DF. And in the last week or so, it totally barred me from streaming any drama at all. i get the message that the series is not available in my country! again utter nonsense! how is it possible that i was able to watch half the series and then it suddenly becomes unsupported for the remaining half. and this is now the issue for every single drama series i tried to stream.
Feeling really ripped off. I’m not even expecting DF will take the trouble to respond to this, just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same.
Please cancel me, tired of contacting you for the same problems. My premium subscription is due to renew in June 2018. I’m so frustrated with not being able to connect on your site often enough. Your whole format has changed for the worst over the many years I have been with you.
I cancelled my subscription on November 2017 and drama fever is still charging me $4.99 from December to March 2018.
My subscription with the APP STORE is also cancelled.
Iam a premium drama fever subscriber and your service doesn’t allow me to rewatch previously watched drama or previous watched episodes. Please tell me how to fix this problem. Thks
I noticed I got charge $99.99 on 2/12/2018 but the funny thing is I thought dramafever charged you by month? But anyways they did charge me $4.99 on 2/4/2018 then the $99.99/yr the next week. What kind of goof up is this? I checked my statements from last year and found out they charged me that same amount $99.99/yr and every month $4.99 too.
I have tried to reset my password numerous times. I follow the instructions and never receive an instruction e-mail. I checked my bank account and you have charged my account for the monthly service. I have tried to call your customer service department no one answers the phone. I enjoy your programming but I will forced to cancel your service if now one responds.
I have been a member since March 2016. I try to watch Drama fever and always get ads. Why do I pay for a membership which says NO ADS? There are alays ads so I need to know who has the power to help me?
My friend has purchased a Roku player to watch Drama Fever.
Does she have to have a subcription? When she watches a drama and puts it on pause, when she returns it goes back to the beginning of the drama. We have a premimum subcription and it returns to the place where we left off.
Can you give information about what she should do to enjoy

It has been a week since I have been able to sit through an entire episode. DF’s new website places a picture and description of the show/movie to the right of the video feed, off-setting the video to the left. It is very annoying. DF also does not have an app that works with LG TV like they claim on their website. When I started my subscription they did, but within weeks the app stopped working. After being told “We are working on the app” for a couple of months I was finally told there would not be a new app. By that time I got used to watching from my computer. Now I am still unable to watch from any of my five LG TV’s and must watch an off-centered video feed from my computer. Watching full screen hurts my eyes. The small space where my computer is located does not allow me to sit far enough back to watch in full screen. I have sent an email was told my opinion would be forwarded and they would see if my suggestions are possible. Well? I am paying for what in the meantime? It is a simple fix. Make the description disappear while the video is playing, and make the video frame take center stage. Truly this is not hard to accomplish.
I get a full screen on my chromebook-but when I hook-up my HDMI cable to the TV I only get 1/3 screen and it loses the sub-titles. I never had this problem on my regular laptop and I DON’T have this problem on other websites.. You just renewed my subscription for another year–if you can’t provide a solution to this problem-please cancel my subscription. Sent an e-mail last week-but no one responded.
My credit card on file had been automatically charged for an annual renewal of the membership in March 2017. I did not want to renew and had no idea that it was going to be automatically renewed for another year. Please refund my charges for $49.99 immediately as I never authorized this charge.

Something is wrong with my account.I payed for whole year premium on my roku device. But it takes long to upload and when it does we have commercials when before the dramafever update we didn’t have any commercials or problems.
In the last month or so the page shows loading and cannot get passed it. Right now it’s been loading for 30 minutes. What is going on? I am a premium subscriber. No point paying for it if it is loading forever.
I am currently a member of your Drama Fever programming, however for the last couple of days I have been having problems accessing it. The reply you gave of removing the app and then opening it has not worked. I really need your help, if your programming is not available then I will be forced to discontinue my account.
I just renewed my Premium subscription on October 5, 2016 for which I have a receipt for. On November 6, my subscription has reverted back to Trainee. I tried all the suggested solutions to correct this situation but to no avail. I need to remedy this solution or refund my renewal fee. This is my third attempt at contacting Customer Service.
