Disneyland Paris is a theme park and recreation resort in Paris, France. Located in Marne-la-Vallée, the theme park was opened in the year 1992 and is spread across a massive 4,800 acres land. My family and I (nine of us) spent two days in your parks at the end of May. Some of us had been there several times previously.
As expected, the experience was very expensive. What we didn’t expect was for some of the major attractions to be closed/withdrawn – for example, It’s a Small World, Star Wars, some railway stations and the car stunts show. Also, a number of eating outlets were closed. When we purchased the tickets, we were not advised of these, and other, attractions not being available to us – yet full prices were still charged!
I understand that maintenance is sometimes necessary, of course, but not all at the same time, and not during your busiest times of the year, including school holidays. If such maintenance could not be avoided, at least the ticket price should have been reduced.
