About Disneyland Paris
Disneyland Paris is a theme park and recreation resort in Paris, France. Located in Marne-la-Vallée, the theme park was opened in the year 1992 and is spread across a massive 4,800 acres land. Operated by The Walt Disney Company, the park welcomes more than 13 million visitors each year. Visitors to Disneyland Paris will find two theme parks, shopping and dining complex and several hotels. Tickets for entry can be purchased on the website. You have 1 Day as well as Multi-day tickets. There are Annual Passes for those who want access to the park year round.
The two theme parks you can find at Disneyland Paris consist of the Disneyland Park (open from 10am to 11pm) and Walt Disney Studios Park (open from 10am to 8pm). Some of the popular attractions at Disneyland Park include Adventure Isle, Autopia, Big Thunder Mountain, Discovery Arcade, Disneyland Railroad, La Cabane des Robinson, Le Carrousel de Lancelot, Les Voyages de Pinnochio, Liberty Arcade, Orbitron, Pirate Galleon, Pirate’s Beach and Star Wars: Path of the Jedi. At Walt Disney Studios, you will find Art of Disney Animation, Cars Quatre Roues Rallye, Crush’s Coaster, Meet Spider-Man, Ratatouille: The Adventure, RC Racer, Studio Tram Tour, and Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop.
Both the theme parks offer regular entertainment with stage shows, live entertainment, concerts, parades and character experiences. Visit the Disney Village for IMAX cinema, dining and shopping. Some of the dining options include Annette’s Diner, Bistrot Chez Remy, Cafe Fantasia, Cafe Mickey, California Grill, Captain’s Quarters, Club-House Grill, Disney Blockbuster Cafe, Five Guys, Manhattan Restaurant, McDonald’s, Parkside Diner, Rainforest Cafe, Starbucks, The Steakhouse, Walt’s and Yacht Club. For shopping there is Bay Boutique, Bixby Babies, Constellations, Disney Clothiers, Disney Fashion, Disney Store, Emporium, La Botique du Chateau, Lego Store, Trading Post, World of Disney and World of Toys.

My family and I (nine of us) spent two days in your parks at the end of May. Some of us had been there several times previously.
As expected, the experience was very expensive. What we didn’t expect was for some of the major attractions to be closed/withdrawn – for example, It’s a Small World, Star Wars, some railway stations and the car stunts show. Also, a number of eating outlets were closed. When we purchased the tickets, we were not advised of these, and other, attractions not being available to us – yet full prices were still charged!
I understand that maintenance is sometimes necessary, of course, but not all at the same time, and not during your busiest times of the year, including school holidays. If such maintenance could not be avoided, at least the ticket price should have been reduced.
