Besides debit and credit cards, visitors can also use net banking for payment. Delivery charges are calculated on the order value. Within Bangalore the delivery usually takes 2 working days. I have ordered home gym equipment from Decathlon. My order ID 14411112, and delivered only weight plates. Rest of items were missing and escalated through customer care and e-mail care.india@decathlon.com alongwith picture of item received. Till now there’s no response from Decathlon and don’t know where my rest of the item is.
I ordered a Rockrider ST 30 Bicycle in 12th June. It was delivered on 17th June but it doesn’t have pedals in the package. Reference number is- 8779054. Although I am mailing to Decathlon almost everyday but still there hasn’t been a concrete reply on what is the status. It has been 10 days now. The executives whom I am calling everyday are just lingering the matter and not providing a proper reply. It has been an awful experience with decathlon. Very poor delivery system and equally poor customer service. My ticket for last complaint was – 00244894.

I had visited your store yesterday 18th June and purchased merchandise worth RS. 7,777/-. I had been to the koramangala store in Bangalore. Your POS machine wasn’t working and my card was swiped multiple times which resulted in debiting the amount of 7,777/- twice. The staff told me that the money will be refunded but until now I haven’t received any refund! It is not a small amount per say. Moreover fix your machines rather than making your customers go through such issues. I want my refund within the next 24 hours.

I had made a purchase on 21.05.2017 vide bill number 70141705/0019605 towards an ‘Essential Bike’ bearing code number 2077877 from the Khel Gaon Outlet, New Delhi.
At the time of purchase I was informed that since the said product was not available in Delhi he same had to be shipped from Bangalore where the warehouse was located. I was assured that the said product would be made available to me by 04.06.2017(within two weeks). Based onto assurances, I made the entire payment towards the said bike which was for an amount of Rs. 13,000/-.
It is informed that during the said two weeks, I was neither updated about my product nor any other intimation abut delta in delivery of my product was sent.
On 04.06.2017, at around 12:35 pm on the mobile number 9873916109 from my mobile number 9717325769. On enquiry, I was informed by one official named Mr. Anurag, that he would track my delivery and inform me shortly by around 2:00 pm. I provided Mr. Arpit with all the essential requisite details about my bill, product and name on which the said product was purchased.
Since I did not received any information/intimation till almost 5:00 pm, I was constrained to call the store again on the aforesaid number by my number as mentioned above at 4:55.
The phone was answered by Mr. Arpit, who was not only rude, ill mannered by completely non-co-operative, on being questioned about delivery of my product he feigned ignorance and passed the buck on the Mr. Anurag.
On specific enquiry by me as to why I was not intimated about my product, he had no response and replied that he was not able to get a revert from his ware house. On further enquiry as to why was the shipment coming from Bangalore taking so long, I was informed that the product for which I had placed an order was not available in India and the same was being shipped from Outside. To my utter shock I enquired as to why I was not informed that as to why money was taken if the said product was not in their possession and control, to which the person had no reply.
Further I made a specific request to put me through the Manager. I was informed neither the Manager would have any knowledge about the said product nor the Manager was in the store premises. It is shocking that he Manager during official hours are gallivanting or purposefully refusing to provide any assistance to your Customers.
You are informed and apprised that after having received money, you are bound to honour and provide me with my product within the time period as assured. Not only have you failed to honour you promise to which you are contractually bound but have been deficient in service.
You have also defrauded me and cheated me.

Please be informed that I had made a purchase of a helmet on 19-02-2017, but billing was incorrectly made for 2 Helmets.
I spoke with one of your executives yesterday and they informed that on my next visit I would be refunded the excess amount billed.
Please be informed that I commuted via cycle and it is practically not possible to cycle 100 kms again to get my money back. It took me nearly 2.5 hours to reach your store and I cannot do that again.
I would request you to refund it to my credit card. Also, it is important for your billing staff to be diligent while billing because your outlet is not closely located to any residential area wherein we can easily come over for exchange or such erroneous billing. There should not be any room for incorrect billing.

Yesterday, i went to your store in Kompally-Hyderabad and the POS card swipe machine was not working. I spent an hour to travel to your store and about an hour within the store.
My concern is if your swipe machine wasn’t working, the least your staff could have done was to inform customers that they are facing an issue with the payment system before entering the store, which would have saved a lot of customer’s time. Given the current situation where liquid cash is hard to get, i was surprised to see such appalling service.
I really liked you store but i’ll have to reconsider visiting it based on my last experience as i don’t want to lose my valuable weekend time again.
