I purchased an electric range two days ago . When delivered, it was not the range that I purchased. I called customer service three times, and explained the situation. After speaking with three representatives, and explaining the situation, I have been disconnected three times. I am not happy.
I purchased a Samsung fridge that’s leaking 9 months after purchase. I have called customer care for a whole month and can’t even get a technician out to service the product. Worst purchase ever!
I have issued reviews on yelp and various other websites about an issue I had with your Centennial store in Colorado and was told to email to an address of connsreview@conns.zendesk.com… I tried to email to this address and it state it is not a valid email address? Please give me a working email address to let them know of my experience with this store.. my experience was horrible and I am trying to resolve the situation but unless I can forward the information to a working website I will have to continue to issue bad ratings on all social media websites.
I am having a terrible time with a washing machine I purchased from Conn’s on July 4th that was delivered to my home on July 6th. The machine worked for 2 days and then stopped spinning out. I put in a service call and the technician came out on 7/12 and told me a motor had to be replaced and he would order the part. I called on 7/14 to check and they had no record of the service call and told me they had to send another service technician out who came on 7/15 and told me he had to order a part and he would be back on 7/20 and bring some help so they could move the washer and work on it. Today is the 20th and I called to see when someone is coming and I am getting the run around yet again. Any time a business puts it back on you as the reason they have not fixed their defective equipment, it is a huge deal. Also, they do not use a local Customer Service department, so they are really removed from what goes on with their customers.
Right now may be difficult for many people working in customer service. What’s not is common courtesy. I visited one your stores early this week looking to purchase a particular product I had been searching for and was on the sales floor. I walked the complete store waiting for the meeting to over between three employees. After they dispersed, not one time was I acknowledge. Not hello. Can I help you? Me and my son was invisible as we walked out with one employee physically bumping into us and the other at the counter with her arms fold.
