This place is a joke, I’ve been waiting and waiting for my charging cord. Can’t get any response from this company. Don’t know how they stay in business. They take your money an forget about you.
When I received the cell phone case I ordered, it was not as advertised on the website. I have written three emails and when I call I only get a recording where I have left three messages. I requested a prepaid shipping label as this was their error in advertising. To date I have received a canned response via email repeating their website return policy.
June 11, I got a notice from DHL that said “arrival at destination country-end of tracking, Delivery shortly”. It is now July 15 and I have not received my phone case!! I guess I also have read the reviews before placing my order. When I tried to contact DHL about this, they said if I did not receive my order to contact company. IMPOSSIBLE!!! I have spent hours trying to contact you and NOTHING!
If this is not a scam, it is at the very least terrible customer service
It’s been over two weeks. They took my payment, never got confirmation, tracking number or cell phone case or a reply to my many emails. As I can see from other comments, this is a common occurrence!
Ordered a month ago still not rec. They sent me DHL tracking #. DHL said they had no such number so now cell phone cases took my money and still no case.
I should have read the many unhappy customer reviews before I ordered. I still have not received my cell phone case and have sent emails to the company and no one has yet responded. What’s going on?
I have ordered screen protectors twice and both orders was damaged I don’t have money to keep sending for damage product texting this just too let people know I’m sure hope no one experience my inconvenience
Worst customer service ever. I actually did receive a case just the wrong one. I have tried several emails as they will not give out a phone number with zero response. I even tried to contact norton as they give a product Guarantee still nothing. Do not make a purchase from this company unless you like to waste your money.
