Spent an exorbitant amount of money to find that many of the rides do not have seat belts that will accommodate larger people. In fact, some of the rides have shorter seat belts than in previous years. My sons are 6′ 4″ , and they couldn’t even ride most of the coasters. I’m so upset, that I’m actually writing from the park.
My family and I were extremely disappointed with our visit to cedar point yesterday. We spent an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money on fast lane passes, only to have the main rides we got them for to be down. So $800 for paper bracelets that didn’t benefit us at all. I can’t imagine how many other people did this so obviously this park is making an obscene amount of money by ripping people off. I will be making an official complaint because this is just WRONG.
We are currently standing in line at Maverick and the ride is down so it’s been a long wait. The group behind us are smoking while in line. What can be done about it and how is it best to report issues such as this?
As I stand in line to ride the Top Thrill Dragster the ride officials announce the ride has become unusable. This is somewhat understandable as there is no predicting when machines have had enough. I have been at the park going on 6 hours and have successfully rode 2 rollercoasters. From a guy of 58 years of age, I work very long and hard to spend for my family of 4.
$75.00 admission
$101.00 fast pass
$15.00 drink pass
$191.00 x 4 = $764.00
At this present time 3 of the top 4 coasters that are raved about are nonfunctional. I have been a regular customer for 14 years with the exception of 2020 (covid) Not sure if I can find a reason to plan a 2022 trip
My family are regulars at Cedar point and love it some of us travel here from Florida and love it so much more than Disney or universal studios that are only a couple of hours from our home. Unfortunately today my daughters purchased the fast pass plus and spent $200 only to find out that all of the fast pass lines were nearly as long as the regular admission lines. It was of little use for such an expense I think your park needs to re-examine this process
