Today I visited the ambience mall store, gurgaon. my experience was the worst experience I had in a store. People in the caratlane store were least bothered about the customer visiting. They were just focusing on online customer and were ignorant to customers visiting the store.
My bad experience didn’t end here I purchased a jewellery through debit card and I received success sms and email from my bank but I dont know what did the store executive did that transaction failed. I showed them all proof with bank sms and my statement but they just ignored and upfrontly refused to help. I spended almost one hour to resolve but executive with bad behaviour didn’t even help the customer. Eventually I called the bank to help.
This is the experience that ill share with my friends and in social media that how bad is caratlane store.
Having good products is not enough you need to have trained professionals to deal with customers.
