About Capcom
Ever played or heard the game Resident Evil, or Street Fighter? The creator of these successful franchises is a Japanese company called Capcom. Giving gamers some of the hit titles in the market, Capcom had a humble start in 1979 but soon expanded with development studios and distributors located around the world. Operations are managed from the company’s headquarters at Chuo-Ku, Osaka. The video game company also has offices spread across the US, UK, Germany, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Some of the top-selling franchises in the catalog includes Resident Evil, Monster Hunter, Street Fighter, Mega Man, Devil Mary Cry, Dead Rising, Marvel vs Capcom, Onimusha, Ace Attorney and Lost Planet.
One of the biggest hits no doubt was the Resident Evil franchise which was first released in 1996. The action-adventure game series sold more than 110 million copies since it began. The game had several sequels, with the recent being Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil 2 and 3 remakes, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Umbrella Corps and Resident Evil: Revelations 2. Some of them are known for their vulgar and extreme violent graphics making it unsafe for children. Still it had such a massive audience globally that there were film series, novels and comic books on the franchise.
Before entering into development of games, Capcom was just a manufacturer and distributor of game machines. In the fiscal year 2020, Capcom’s net sales amounted to 81.59 billion yen. The same year it launched the Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, which was an instant hint. Monster Hundred World has been Capcom’s bestselling franchise with sales of more than 15.7 million units. Sequels and new titles are created by the in-house team of 2,300 developers. Many of them have brought awards and accolades to Capcom. There are games for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Stadia, Steam and Xbox. Capcom also develops games for Android and iOS operating systems.

I’ve poured money into the resident evil revelations 2, and other resident evil games. I can’t use the resident evilnet portal because it’s no where near user friendly. No way to troubleshoot, no customer support options, and I’ve done everything possible to obtain remedy. For several months I’ve been trying with no kind of results. Apparently I’m not the only one feeling this way. Yet you fail to remedy this and satisfy your fan base, and customers.
