I ordered a pillow of my son and the zipper was closed when I opened the bag and I can’t get the zipper open to put the pillow in it. I would appreciate it you sent another. Ordered two n my other sons zipper was open when I opened the bag and that one is fine. Please send me the first one I ordered Just the cover.
Yes I ordered a 32 by 41 canvas for my daughter and had it shipped to her address in Georgia but it was sent to my address I’m Madison Indiana instead Ups says u need to send me a label for it if not I’ll have to pay $55 to mail it to Georgia. Thank You Sincerely Lora Sadler
Wow! It appears to be an epidemic of poor service with this company. I too ordered canvas prints with a guarantee of delivery by Christmas. As far as I can see it has not even been shipped. I have no tracking number. I want to cancel the order and get a refund but cannot get a response

I ordered a metal picture and got a cheap cardboard print that was damaged. Quality is poor, and customer service non existent.

I ordered 2 photos one on acryl and one on metal and can not do anything with them. Attached to the photos is a large white space on the top and bottom of each photo like someone forgot to cut it off. what the hell am I going to do with that? How do I remove it? I ordered another photo of my granddaughter and never received it at all.

I ordered three sets of 56 mugs with 3 photographs. I got two mugs with no photos. Please help. Also, the special price advertised on the web page was not given – these are time sensitive gifts – please help me get this right.
