Hi Canon, not a good experience today. Tried ringing customer service and got options for the store but no option to talk to someone about a general enquiry? I rang 1300 799 604 and chose option about ‘specific product’ got one of your agents, I explained the nature of my general enquiry regards the unexpected response provided by your online camera product finder and he advised that he could not help, but that I should “wait on the line to see if someone could help”… I waited and got the response “sorry, there are not any camera experts right now to talk to” and offered me the option to visit your Melbourne Experience Store… I explained that I was 1000+ KM further north in Sydney and anyway, with the border situation, I was not inclined to make that journey just to get an answer to a general camera enquiry. I was asked “is there anything else I can help you with”…. REALLY?
Hi there, I have already enquired as to why I cant download photos from my Canon camera to my Windows 10 computer twice already and still havent received a solution to the problem? It was working OK a few months ago then just stopped. My research online showed a lot of other people with the same problem? I have re-installed a fresh copy of Win 10 but that did nothing to fix it. Everything else seems to work on PhotoViewer but the Camera downloads. Have you found a solution to this problem yet? regards, Ross.
