The people at this organization need a whole brand new training and rebranding program. Get all customer service representatives all on the same page. If you ever have to deal with such a company. I feel sorry for you. This company cares about “money” not about the people. I imagine the CEO doesn’t care nor does he know what goes on. I would tell anyone that interested in buying tickets from here “DON’T”. My wife has been battling this company for a basic refund. Nothing to difficult to do. But you really need to re- train these employees about what “customer service means. Don’t buy tickets from here. Watch the company fold and go under because of their no caring.
The worst customer service experience, my air ticket that was supposed to be non transferrable, non exchangeable and all the other nons ,well those rules wasn’t applied in my case. Someone just simply called and changed my itinerary without my consent.
My ticket was changed and they did nothing about it . In the end ASAP ROBBED me by refunding less than half of my ticket cost.
And all the supervisor are always in a meeting or on the phone with someone else
