I wanted to make the company aware of some things that are going on at Store #2954 Loft Outlet. Some of which I feel could be considered fraudulent and inappropriate.
1. Erin the store manager has been pushing credit. She said we can not have a 0 card day and if it came down to it we needed to apply for credit ourselves or even make up a name and social. She did it herself and showed us. When I asked her she seemed to get irritated and said we needed to fake it til we made it. So I dropped it. Not that this felt right.
2.Erin has been leaving early not clocking out and calling in hours later to clock her out. She usually just asks the sales leads to do it but makes everyone feel uncomfortable because its continually happening since she has become a store manager here. It makes us feel like we are lying.
3. Erins niece is working with us. This doesn’t seem appropriate or fair especially because a lot of us feel that she gets special treatment. Her name is Savannah. Is this ok?
