I love product! I am very happy with its capability to produce my podcast show easily and professionally. There are a few challenges that I am sure there is easy resolve.
1. Mistakenly, I set up 2 accounts entitled, “Urgent”. I would like to keep the account with the oldest date and merge the files (recorded shows) with the first “Urgent” recordings. My objective is to have only one show entitled “Urgent.
2. What are the steps to set up the following accounts on cell phone and desktop? Shows in question are: “The Rhythm System”, “Urgent”, and “The Word”. I have begun recording, however, the recordings seem to be default to the same account instead of the designated account.
