One and a half hours on hold to speak to a representative (typical wait with 13 years of hearing them say high call volume). Airline would not let me change my flight directly which was cancelled and rebooked because i did not book direct with them and used an outside service. I see absolutely no value in using their services in the future.
Trying to find a place to send accolades to the best demonstration of excellent customer service I can ever recall experiencing before.Your representative was outstanding and made me feel I was the most important customer AMEX had. Many thanks for the GREAT service Bobbie Sue, You have set the standard for excellence.
Yours might be the single worst customer service setup of any I have enountered in life. Comcast was a relative dream compared to you folks. I scheduled a call back for when a rep was ready I am still on hold after the call back and its been 20 minutes which is longer than the original estimated wait time.
