JustHost has been my provider for 9 years. I wanted to update my web site so I purchased a package from you for a fee and support or $250.00 a month. The designer did a great job setting up the page and showed me how to update. After several months of paying the initial fee then $250.00 a month, I canceled this service because I didn’t need it. I have been able to up my page since then. Today I tried to update and I couldn’t. To update my page I am told I need to pay $100.00 a month. In the past I have always been able to update my page. It seems you “turned off” this capability so you can make more money. As the owner, I should be able to update my page at any time. I have paid you for WordPress setup and help. Why do I now need to pay $100 a month for this?
I called and spoke to your sales representative who tried to sell me this service. I explained I didn’t need it. He continued to insist I should buy this service. I asked to speak to a manager. He kept saying the manager will be joining us. After waiting over 10 minutes, I gave up. This is not customer service and trying to sell me something I have repeatedly said I don’t want to buy this service He continued to say this was the only way to change two items on my pages.
I need to find a more customer service oriented host for my web site.
This company has lots of ways to contact them for help. Our website (business site) has been down since last Friday and it’s now Monday afternoon. I’ve contacted them all weekend and been promised that it would be up the day I contacted them. Still, it’s down. Absolutely horrible response time!
I have been asked by the website owner to make payment of the yearly account for her website. She has however forgotten her password and I am unable to reset it as your emails are going to her below email address and she is away and cannot access them. I need you to sent the resetting advice to my email address or to know if there is another secure email address to which I can send the site owners credit card details so that the account can be paid. I have spent several days trying to resolve this situation. Please advise URGENTLY
