This has reference to my travel dated 26.03.2013 by Train no.16525 IJK to BNC in S4 Coach, seat no.01. There was no water in the coach starting from Irinjalakuda station to Bangalore Cant. On reaching Trichur station it was brought to the notice of train Ticket Examiner , however it was informed that the same will be taken care at Palaghat. I hear some announcements at Palaghat regarding Bogies no. 03, 04, and 05. However, no water was made available in our Bogie no. 04 till the end of my journey.
Kindly inquire about this and arrange for suitable remedial action with compensation for the hardship during the entire train journey.
I have booked a ticket from IRCTC on 10th Dec 2012 from NgP to SC through Dakshin Express (Train No. 12722)
for date 24.01.2012 with transaction ID 0605574214. Payment is deducted from bank and payment status is showing โSettlement Requestedโ in “Failed Payment Refund status”. Whereas in my bank account the Rs. 804/- was deducted and I had also not got any ticket against such payment. Kindly arrange for payment settlements.
I have booked a ticket from IRCTC for MS to RJY (Chennai Egmore to Rajamundry) in Circar exp (Tr No.17643) and a sum of Rs.181/- was debited from my bank account (Citi bank credit card). After few seconds a message came…TIME OUT. Ticket was not generated. I have checked booked tickets and also mail. Ticket was not generated. Hence I have booked another ticket for the same train for the same date and its PNR No. is 4147181602. The amount again was debited from my bank account and ticket was generated. Kindly arrange for refund of my first payment.
Though the money transation is successful and deducted from my bank account but ticket is not generated . I called the customer care at 12 pm ( more than 10 times) but no one responding.
Customer Care No. 011 39340000 – not responding.
