About IRCTC
Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd was launched in the year 2003. IRCTC was established by the Ministry of Railways to manage the catering and online ticket reservation of the Indian Railways. IRCTC’s online website is one of the most visited and largest in Asia. The IRCTC website has lakhs of registered users and has over 2 lakh daily visitors. At least 100000 tickets, including I ticket and E ticket are booked daily across India from the website. I have booked a ticket from IRCTC on 29th May 2012 from Jaipur to Gotan through Marudhar Express (Train No. 14853) for date 07.05.2012 with transaction ID 0505164495, but still payment is not received from bank and payment status is showing “settlement failed”. Whereas in my bank account the Rs. 605 has deducted and I had also not get any ticket against such payment, Kindly arrange for payment settlements.

in such cases the money is automatically credited back to your account..check with your banka fter 24 hrs
Please arrange refund for cancelled tickets. The amount must be credited back to my bank account.

I have registered for online booking in irctc on 27.01.2012, they sent me login id & pass word to my e mail id but they did not send mobile verification code to my mobile number, but i request mobile verification code to go further, i have problem with mobile verification number, kindly do the needful.
I have booked a ticket through irctc.co.in at around 1:30 pm on 19March 2012 in Mumbai, from date of journey 13/05/2012, with the name of 5 passengers, through bank of Baroda card. The total fare of Rs 8445 has been deducted from my account, but no ticket was shown in booked history. Payment is deducted from my bank. So kindly credit the amount back in my account.

I gound that someone changed my email ID and password for my IRCTC service. I had some points in my shubhyatra account.It was imposible to recover my password and open the ID. I complained to care @irctc.co.in, called up customer care number 01139340000 and the response has not been helpful for the last five days. Now, I understand that there are many others with similar compalaints even in this site. IRCTC may have to look into it.
sir,i had booked a ticket having transaction id -0429448254 and the pnr is not being displayed and it is being shown in failed payment refund status and the reservation status is showing that it is not booked.also an amount of Rs 188 has been deducted from my sbi account having reference number as xx.so kindly let me know if my ticket will get booked or the amount would be refunded to my account so that i would take the necessary steps regarding booking another ticket or get confirmed that this ticket has been booked.waiting eagerly for your response as soon as possible.
