I bought Epson ET – 2750 printer ( an excellent model as claimed by Epson and reviews on internet blogs ) from USA in December 2017. I installed it in India and it was working satisfactorily till now. Last week it had “fatal error”.
Epson India is not able to technically support this model.
I have taken up with Head Epson India and awaiting a solution.
I request Epson management to look into the policy of global warranty ( most of the products carry now a days )

First of all, I am writing this email just to get idea and answer about EPSON WF7611 that our office staff bought last October 6, 2015 at COMPLINK MARKETING INC. in Makati City during his work assignment in Manila. The machine was just slightly used until March 2016 where most used operation is scanning rather than printing. When my staff returned to Cebu on April 2016 together with this machine EPSON WF7611, we just decided to keep it in our stock room placed inside its own box due to we still have other machines in used. But just early this month of July, we decided to use this machine again and replaced all ink cartridges per machine display advised. Before we start using we performed its self-maintenance procedure on the printer head and nozzle including printer head alignment. But when we start using it we found out that its printing blank pages on the paper. We try again the maintenance procedures but still getting the same results on the blank page printing. Thus, we contacted your authorized service center here for help.
We explained to your service center about the machine problem that I am having and they told us that EPSON PRINTER MACHINES when not in use for a long time will have problems with the printer head because the ink will hardened and damage the printer head. This is what your service center is telling us which is so disappointing to me because we never have this kind of experience on our other machines (canon and brother) where we also don’t use it for a long period of time and when resuming to this machines they are still okay to use after cleaning the heads and nozzle thru its machine self-maintenance.
To satisfy about cleaning methods as advised to us by your authorized service center then we brought the machine to them (in their center on July 11, 2018) in order for them to perform the proper cleaning procedure by soaking the heads and nozzle with the prescribed chemicals for softening the hardened ink. But just today when we make follow-up on the status, they inform us that the printer head is already damaged and needs to buy a new printer head.
Now my question is, are EPSON PRINTER PRODUCTS like this? That when printer machine if not used for a certain period of time then ink will just simply clogged the nozzle and head that will damage the printer head even if the machine is just slightly used. Note that we are only using prescribed ink cartridges here and not ink refills. Can printer heads get damaged when not in use due to hardened ink?
I’m hoping to get answer from EPSON for this very important issue because it’s just not worth buying your Php. 19,000 printer machine where printer head easily gets damaged when not even in use. Your service center is asking new replacement that cost Php. 8700 plus. This is so bad and terrible experience buying EPSON printer that returns a no quality service to us.
I have purchased a L210 printer in 2013, for which the company has stopped updating the driver from 2015. It took me several months and several Epson Engineer (paid) visits to spot the issue, (which was again spot spotted by the Service Engineers). When i reported the issue to the regional office in Mumbai, the gentleman was quite arrogant in saying that I never co-operated with the Service Engineers. When the last Engineer who attended for the issue, was on my machine for 2 hours, he was given a free hand to do anything he wanted, but still he was unable to resolve the matter even then.
I requested the regional Mumbai Office for the driver solution, but they say they cant do anything about it.
I’ve not bot the printer for use for 3-5 years, but intend to use till the Hardware works fine.
Request you to either develop a driver for Windows 10 or replace my Existing Printer Free of Cost, updating the driver will solve everyone’s problem and changing the printer will solve only my problem. I’m sure the company is wise the choose between the two.
I Purchased a Colorworks TM-C7500G label printer in October 2016. It was working great until February 16th 2017 which was still under warranty. Since then until now Epson has failed to pursue the issue since they sent out the tech support to fix it and nothing got fixed. Was supposed to receive further support from the manager to see what they can do. All she did was send out the technician again although he had told them there is nothing he can do to fix what the problem is.
It is a 13k $ printer which is basically a paper weight that EPSON FAILS to fix the issue.
I will terminate my lease on the printer if your company doesn’t address the issue and send out a new printer to replace this useless heap of parts.
From my experience I would never recommend for any company to invest in an Epson printer.

I would like to express my utmost dissatisfaction with one of your products and services. I have an L120 Epson printer which I bought on 10th May 2014 for RM330. About a few months ago this printer was showing some printing issue where there were blank lines appearing on the print outs. I have used all the diagnostic and cleaning tools/software which came with the printer and it worked in the beginning. As time went, the issue became worse and cleaning no longer worked so I do not have a choice but to send for repair. As you can see this problem started only about after 2 years I bought this printer. The first problem I encountered trying to send for service was Malaysia’s Epson website listed the Epson HQ as one of the service centre so I wasted time bringing the printer there but that was not the biggest issue. I tried to send the printer then to FXP Service (M) Sdn Bhd which I did not know then the centre was relocated recently. Luckily when I went to the old address they have their partner Excel SLA Sdn Bhd who took my printer for service on 28th September 2016. They mentioned that it would take 2 weeks to repair which I had no choice but to accept. After 2 weeks I called Excel and they told me that the printer was sent to FXP for repair and they did not know the status and asked me to call FXP. I called and FXP told me that the printer head needed replacement and they would have someone to call me to provide a quotation. After waiting for a few days no one called me. So I called again and they told me now someone would send me the quotation in email. So I waited again. No one emailed me. So I called again and only after that I received the quotation in an email on 19th October 2016, 20 days after I sent the printer. I was shocked to the repair’s charge. The total with tax is 321.82 while a new L120 is only a few ringgits more.

My question is, other than the terrible service and delay, what kind of product quality Epson is offering to its customers? The printer started having a problem only after 2 years after purchase and to repair would cost the price of a new printer. I am expecting to use this printer at least 5 years before this kind of issue occurs. I am terribly disappointed with this product of Epson and when I got a chance to review it on social media or hardware review website, my review will be reflected by my terrible experience using this printer.
The Epson 11880 printing machine that we purchased on June 28, 2014 has malfunctioned for the second time since the purchase. This time again the cyan head is not functioning.
We seek immediate repairs and solution to a recurrent problem that we are facing with this model of the printing machine.
In March 2015, the print-head had to be replaced when the cyan head stopped functioning first. Within six months this is the second time that the machine has malfunctioned

WE had earlier purchased the same model in 2011, where the magenta head had malfunctioned and the printhead had to be replaced twice. We were forced to buy a new machine to ensure smooth services at our end. We are committed to provide quality archival printing service to world renowned artists since 2005.
We bring on record that our services were severely affected due to poor performance and persistent malfunctioning of the Epson 11880 machine that we purchased from you twice within a span of 4 years.
These raises the questions about the efficacy of the Epson 11880 machine functioning as well as the repairs and services provided at the company’s end.
1. Does the Epson 11880 machine have inherent design flaws?
2. IS Epson providing defective heads in machines?
3. Do print heads in Epson have limited shelf life say of six months, which has not been communicated to the customers?
4. Are we provided with refurbished printheads instead of new ones during repairs within the warranty period? If yes, in that case it is a gross violation of customer services.
Previously, we had purchased Epson 9800 printing machine which we admit gave us uninterrupted service. We upgraded to Epson 11880 for the bigger size and to avail latest technology. But we ended up with malfunctioning machines, twice in a row which has affected our services severely.

We have the exact same problem as your. We updated from 9800 to 11880, and in last 10 months, 3 print heads all have cyan channel problem in exact same line. I really think this is a design defect. I have been contact to ESPON America tech support with no result. How did you solve your problem?
I write you to ask for HELP: On June 2nd, I ordered two mutlipack-6-colours 24XL Claria Photo HD cartridges that were paid with my VISA card in SPAIN. Since then, I have not received the products and I haven´t had any information about why it hasn´t been delivered yet. My order number is 3381972 in SPAIN.
I ask you to help me to get the product since nobody from Epson Spain wants to be responsible. It is a great pitty that such a great printers don´t have a support service as they deserve in Spain. Next time, I will buy another brand with less quality but better service.

I purchased Epson L6190 on 3 oct 2019 via amazon India and on 7 oct I requested Epson India customer care service for the installation on 7 oct. They are not responding enough to solve my issue. They instead keep on giving me new number to contact other person.
I still didn’t get to use my new printer and see whether it is functioning properly or not.
I am so said with it and can’t imagine getting help when my printer give some problem.

The menu can easily be changed to English. After switching the printer on, push the down arrow to highlight the settings menu (small spanner icon). Click OK to open that menu. Push the down arrow two times to highlight Printer Setup (3rd item down). Click OK. Push the down arrow 6 times to get to language setup (7th and last item on the menu). Click OK. Choose English and you’re away. Good luck!
I just ordered some Extra High-Capacity Black Ink Cartridge and Extra High-Capacity Color Ink Cartridge Multi-Pack because there was a 20 percent off coupon and it seemed like a good deal. I entered the code where it said to and it said it would be applied at check out. It wasn’t of course. I don’t see why it couldn’t be applied immediately so that I could have canceled my order when it wasn’t really applied. I won’t be buying ink from this site again…
