I was told to go to customercare@belkin.com to give my contact information so you can get this problem resolved. I went to the site and I cannot find where I can send contact information. This has been going on too long. The charges were made by my son with my debit card. He was told it was $19.95 not 119.95. Now they won’t talk to him because his name is not on the card. But they could bill the card that didn’t have his name on it??? The last case number was CAS1203 and it was a Belkin G wireless router.
I was not impressed with the customer service that you have provided. I belive that your techs need to be re trained in order to help customers. I was asking about a router of Belkin Class G and I did not receive the anwer I was looking for then was hurryed off the phone. I called back again, someone picked up and then hung up right after. I called again The tech seemed to have no idea in what I was asking. My question was do I need the cd to use the router becasue I have lost it. I was given a bunch of useless information, none of what my question was about and when trying to explain the question the tech hung up on me after being on the phone with him for 20 still trying to make him understand. He had my number why didnt he call back saying sorry! Then I called again and ask for a manager. I waited on the phone for 20 mins and still no manager. I would never use your product again or tell any one else to until I have seen major improvement with your company. I believe with all this technology in this world and your techs cant even answer simple questions is crap!
