How to Book Tickets
There are currently no options to visit the Antelope Canyon without a tour. Hence, you have to book tickets beforehand. There are different tour packages for both the Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon. The tickets also sell out quickly, so you need to purchase them well in advance. The canyon is inside the Navajo Nation, and an $8 permit is needed to enter the park along with other tour packages.
For the Upper Antelope Canyon tour, the entrance ticket for adults starts from $125 for non-refundable tickets and goes up to $143 for tickets with cancellation. For children, the ticket price is $100 and goes up to $115. The Lower Antelope Canyon Tour package is economical. The ticket for adults starts from $89 and goes up to $102 for the cancellation option. The ticket price for children under four years is $10 and for youth between the ages of 4 to 12 is $59.

The Antelope Canyon is in Page, Arizona. The tour starts from Antelope Canyon Park, which is in downtown Page and is just a 10-minute drive. So, to reach Antelope Canyon Park from Page, you need to take S. Lake Powell Blvd and turn left to Coppermine Road. Drive till AZ-98 E and take a left. Stay on the lane until you reach the Antelope Canyon parking lot. If you are visiting Antelope Canyon from Las Vegas, it is merely a 4.5 hours drive. Take a cab or rent a car to reach the park quickly.
Things to Do in and Around Antelope Canyon
After the 90 minutes tour in the Antelope Canyon, you can explore the neighboring areas that offer many famous attractions. Visit the famous Lake Powell of Page, located only 15 minutes away from the canyon. Here you can admire the artificial reservoir built with beautiful sandstone walls. You can also fish, boat, swim or camp here.
Another most visited attraction in Page is the Horseshoe Bend. It is only 10 minutes away from the canyon and offers you a mesmerizing view of a horseshoe-shaped canyon in the Colorado River.
