This is regarding a purchase of a Kodak tv I purchased online.
I have to admit that i have started to regret buying this kodak product.
The tv arrived on the 2nd of July and was installed on the 4th of July.
On the 4th in the evening the tv was malfunctioning as the screen kept changing from white to red to green to blue and black and back to white and this would continue.
On switching off the tv and switching on then the screen would display the usual as smart tv and Kodak symbol. But the same problem persists 3 out of 5 times when the TV is switched on. The only email I keep receiving is that the technicians reported the problem is solved but the issue still persists and this is very disappointing to have such bad after sales service.

I have been using your services my entire lifetime and have always received great service from all your outlets. However, your Kodak Zoom outlet in Gariahat, Kolkata has the most rude staff.They are always rude, unable to offer any help and always create problems whenever I try to place any order for printing. The last time they made me come 4 times to their shop for the same photographs saying that my photographs were not edited when I had got them edited by a professional. They instead asked me for 800 rs for adjusting 10 photographs to the desired size of printing(a job which takes less than 5 seconds per photograph and which had already been done by me). When I requested them to help me with the best solution as the charges were 10 times the charge of printing the photograph they simply made a face at me and said they cant help me. I have been harassed and have wasted time thanks to this outlet. Their behavior is so rude and unhelpful. I never expected this from a reputed brand like yours.

We had Purchased ‘Kodak Unique HD Lens’ from PRIDE OPTICS, Near Swastik Char Rasta, C G Road, Ahmedaba on 2nd January, 2017. We thought that since this is costly glass, lets purchase from well known and reputed company like KODAK. However we are sorry to inform that we are not satisfied with quality of lens. Glass broke down with no reason. It broke down with only reason that, I was just doing frame slightly straight with no pressure. Just making straight it broke from glass whole fixed for fixing frame in manner that ‘Roasted Papad’ is broken without much weight.
We tried to convince to Shop Keeper and he in turn tried to convince to company representative that glass broken with no genuine reason during guarantee period. You need to trust our this reason. We also know glass could be broken, but like this manner it should not be possible.
We request to lodge our complain and kindly do needful at yours earliest possible time. We are not getting any answer since more than 15 days.
I have a Kodak digital photo frame and I was trying to search for a service center in Mumbai santacruz area or else near by. But these people say that they don’t have any service center. And the call center no. Never works. Customer support team is also poor service.

Sir, i purchased a kodak c813 digital camera from Singapore. Now i am in India. It’s about 3 years. Last day when i switched on my camera there were many bars and lines in the LCD screen. Even then there is no problem for taking pictures. If we transfer these pics to PC the pics are very clear. How could i solve my camera’s problem?
I have been on the phone too with an indian call center regarding the problem i am having with my kodak hero 7.1 printer. How can an indian call center person know how to diagnose the problem over the phone. You are sending me yet another printer head when i know that is not the problem. The problem is to do with the electrical signal to the printer head. i spent 1 hour on the phone at premium rate and got nowhere. My printer is with comets basildon. If this is not resolved now, i will be going to the head office of kodak uk.
I purchased a KODAK SDHC 4 GB memory card from M/S GULATI PHOTO ART STUDIO,AMINABAD ,LUCKNOW on 01/06/2012. But I am sorry to inform you that when I opened the seal pack on dt 09/06/2012 at a hotel in Singapore , the card was not in the pack. And I had to purchase another card from Mustafa Centre,Singapore on dt 09/06/2012 at a cost of 7.50 Singapore Dollar.
