For adults aged over 13 years, the Ferry Fee is $24.00, while the Pedestal and Crown Access are $24.30 each. Ranger and Audio Tours come free, while Ellis Hard Hat Tours are an extra $50. Lastly, senior citizens aged above 62 have to pay a Ferry Fee of $18.00 and Pedestal and Crown Access tickets for $18.30 each. Ranger and Audio Tours are free, and Ellis Hard Hat Tours are an additional $50.
What are the Steps to Book Your Tickets Online?
If you are looking to book your tickets online from the official website before visiting the Statue of Liberty, then you can do so by following the below-mentioned steps carefully.
- Start the ticket purchasing process by first visiting the official website here. On the landing page, click on the “Fees” tab.
- A web page will open, and from there, choose the “State City Cruises” option. You will be redirected to a new website from where you can book your tour options.
- On the home page, you will be required to choose your tour option and the date on which you are travelling. Once you have entered the required information, click on “Book Now.”
- The online system will provide you with distinct ticketing options that you can select from. Choose your preferred option and click “Book Now.” On the subsequent page, you have to select the number of participants who will be attending the tour.
- Once done, you have to enter your billing information, such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and address. Then on the next page, you have to enter your payment information. Finally, you must confirm all of the provided information before purchasing your tour ticket online.
- A confirmation message will be sent to your email containing the ticket in digital format. You can either proceed to print it or show it via your smartphone at the start of your tour.
How to Cancel Your Booking and Get Refund?
It should be known that if a reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours or more in advance of the date of the booking, then a full refund will be provided for the same. However, if a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the date of reservation, then no refunds will be provided. To cancel your booking and get a refund, follow the steps outlined below.
- Start the cancellation process by heading over to the official website here.
- In the top right-hand corner of your screen, you will find the option to “Manage Booking.” Continue by clicking on the same.
- A new web page will open where you will have to provide your booking number as well as the email address you used for making your reservation. Once done, click on “Retrieve Booking.”
- On the subsequent page, you will have the option to cancel your booking.
- Once you cancel your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message to your email address along with the requisite refund details.
