I am still waiting for Ticketmaster Customer Services in Germany to contact me regarding my Neil Diamond tickets that i have bought and paid for (i have paid Euro 530.65 ticket ref 15674481). I have e-mailed customer services numerous times and tried phoning many times without success. This is becoming very very frustrating now. Just like Azhain who writes above, I can get all the way to typing in my visacard info but when I press pay, it says tranaction refused or that you can not buy tickets in your area(Denmark). Please help me soon I’ve paid a lot of money to get presale ticket acces.
I haven’t received my tickets for the COLDLY concert to be help on 1 June in Germany. My order number is: 13533885. The customer care no. for Germany are no longer in use. I’ve sent emails but haven’t received any reply. I have no idea what I’m supposed to be. My order was in November and 6 months later NO TICKET !! Help please

I was trying to buy tickets for Coldplay concert this morning, as soon as the ticket sale was announced. I tried several times, first my card was not accepted, then I used my other card, but it was written that delivery method is not valid for my region, I used recommended one. Then I changed delivery methods several times, and every time I had to go back and search for the new tickets. Still I could not buy tickets as it gave the same response. As a result now there are no more available tickets. I spent about 2 hours trying to look for tickets from my computer and my phone and could not find anything.
Dear friends, I’m really upset with the service provided by ticketmaster France. Since yesterday I’m still waiting that someone responds to several emails and tweets. I cannot attend the re-scheduled U2 concert in Paris and I want to return my two red zone tickets. Deadlines seemed to be today but no response. Can anybody help me?

Please advise if this is the way you would prefer to receive a formal written complaint with your ticket purchasing system or via regular mail? I had seats confirmed by the automated telephone system and then it transferred me to an agent and after waiting 30mins, the tickets were not held as the system said they were. Thank you
