What You Should Know of the Terminals

It features various retail shops, restaurants, and lounges, including a butterfly garden, a 24-hour food court, and a rooftop pool. Singapore Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, and Qatar Airways operate from terminal 3.

Terminal 4 โ€” Terminal 4 opened more recently in 2017. It has a capacity of handling 16 million passengers annually. It features various innovative technologies, including automated check-in kiosks, self-bag-drop machines, and a centralized security screening system. AirAsia, Cathay Dragon, and Korean Air operate from terminal 4.

How to Check Arrivals and Departures

There are several ways to check arrivals and departures at Singaporeโ€™s Changi Airport.

  1. On the Website โ€” Visit the airportโ€™s official website www.changiairport.com.
  2. Click on the โ€˜Flightsโ€™ tab on the home page, and you will be directed to the page that will provide you flight timings, boarding gate number (departures), terminal number and belt number (arrivals), and other live updates by entering details like your flight number or airline, and date of arrival/departure.
  3. Using the Changi Airport Mobile App โ€” Changi Airportโ€™s mobile app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices. The app provides real-time flight information, as well as other useful features such as maps, shopping and dining options, and airport facilities information.
  4. Viewing Flight Information Screens at the Airport โ€” As in airports across the world, Changi Airport also has flight information screens installed throughout the terminals, providing real-time information on arrivals and departures.

Know the Lounges Available at Airport

There are airline-specific lounges, independent lounges, pay-per-use lounges, and membership lounges at Changi, featuring top-class amenities like resting areas, internet stations, shower facilities, complimentary WiFi, buffet spread, bars, private meeting rooms and business centers. The airport is truly a shopperโ€™s paradise. As discussed earlier, Changi Airport has several types of lounges operating across all four terminals โ€” from airline and class-specific lounges to independent and pay-per-use ones where you can access multiple A-grade features, including shower and spa facilities, gourmet buffet spread, bar, resting rooms, business centers and meeting rooms and free WiFi.

Several baby rooms at the airport offer a comfortable and private space for young mothers and parents to feed and care for their infants and toddlers. The rooms are well-equipped with changing tables, nursing zones, hot and cold water dispensers, and diaper disposal units. There are strollers for free use within the terminals. The rooms are regularly cleaned and kept hygienic.
