We had requested for Voice Activation on our FTTH Data Connection # 20888712 (C A # 2080404766) in March 2015. The work order for the same was issued within a week and the charges for Voice Facility started reflecting from the Bill dated 10th April 2015 onwards, inspite of information from the Pahadi Tel Exchange that the Voice facility cannot be provided as the exchange is not equipped with the necessary infrastructure. As such you are requested to refund the excess amount collected so far & remove the Voice Facility charges in future bills.
The 3g internet on my number (9869646479) is not working since a week’s time, I have been complaining for this daily but every day, the executive on the line lodges a complaint saying that “the issue will be resolved, aapko call aaega, internet chalega”, but nothing seems to work. they give me manual settings, moreover, they have settings for my phone(Lenovo K50a40) but they are not able to send across.

Service of MTNL is extremely poor .
Since I have taken the new connection there has been constant fluctuations in the broadband service. None of your officers are responding the problem and have turned a deaf ear to the queries.
Kindly urge you to look into the matter at the earliest.

My residential Telephone Number 24010562 has not been working for the past 1 month. I raised a complaint on 3rd December after several follow ups over phone docket number = 9221 but till date there is no response.
Post this even followed up with an email to selfcare on 23/12/2016 and then also called up at 24012198, 22221500 (call center where you can expect least help) & 24145556 where a lady informed me that complaint is there with them.
Now today is my due date for paying my bill. What kind of service and response are you giving to customers of late and please tell me why should I pay my bill on time when I have been running around for 1 month to get my landline complaint resolved without any response from your end ???

It is with great regret I am writing over here for the third time that no action has been taken to set my line correct which is not working for the past 1 month and 20 days now.
I have made N number of calls to various offices at MTNL and given references of my Docket number 9221 which was raised on 3rd of December. In spite of the line being dead, I have paid my bill on time.
All that I have received from your various offices are hollow assurances and nothing else.
Can I expect some positive action from your side please???

I applied for shifting of landline Telephone , Work order was raised vidework order No. 67604 dated 14th Dec. 2016,
I Personally met Mr. Vaidya he denied due non fesible,But when I personally survey that Area I Found no of telephones are working in the same areawith different three piller boxes. I approached with DGM Mr. Patil, I never found him in office, I approached GM East-2 no. of times but no action, I called up Executive Director always answer is he is not in office will let you know when he comes. After about 5 months My telephone is not shifted, Even the higher authority is not responding to the letters and mails.As this is office No. no of peoples may be calling and lost of communication which leads to loss of business.If they inform me and give time lines than I may have some alternate way of communication.This was unexpected wher higher official are enjoying their status and not taking action.
Today GM east 2 is on Long leave, DGM is also on leave, Executive director is not in office, No one in sub divisional Engineer office.
If a person had such problem which door he should knock.
Due to such bad services private companies are going up and Govt business is going down.
My telephone number 24220353 has been down since Tuesday August 1st. Inspite of several complaints made , no one has turned up to repair the faulty line since last 5 days. When contacted on phone I was told that there is no staff or worker available to deal with faults in Prabhadevi area and until MTNL recruits new people situation will not improve as existing staff has been transferred How can this be. I simply cannot believe that you have no one available to service telephone complaints in the Prabhadevi area?
Could you please advise what the problem is? This has never happened before. In the past After a complaint was registered some one from MTNL use to promptly appear and resolve the issue. This is the first time in 25 years that my telephone is down and no one from MTNL has even bothered to come and attend to the problem. I would appreciate your response.

, I have prepaid mobile connection no 9869207259. While travelling to USA on 19th April 2018, I opted for SMS roaming facility . After reaching here I received message’s initially for 2/3 days thereafter at around 30th April onwards ,the connectivity was lost and since 1may I am not receiving SMS and no connectivity from AT&T . Despite vigorous follow up there is no relief.
Upon several complaints follow up at 9869012345where the staff took great efforts to help me and on [email protected] , the problem still exists .
It is informed to me that MTNL has taken up the issue with AT&T New Jersey where I stay at present, complaint no PT655000089327,. I enquired with AT&T NEW JERSEY office citing the complaint number . However they failed to connect it to any issue unresolved at their end neither they have any such communication.
I am resubmitting this request today itself to bring more clarity to facilitate a suitable action

My prepaid mtnl mobile number – 9869720570. Of late I am unable to make/receive calls & send/receive messages. When I called 1503, I was told my documents were not updated. So I went to the nearest Customer Service Centre and updated my documents. After 3 – 4 days I was given a complaint no. which is 1388288 (this was on June 25)
Till date my problem has not been resolved. Earlier there was some success with receiving/sending messages and making/receiving calls when the mobile was placed near the window. Now even that yields no result. The reception is bad inside the house and even outside.
Kindly look into the problem so that it is resolved at the earliest.

We are asked to work from home by Government and so we expect support from MTNL to do so. My broadband on my connection 26792124 is not functioning and I lodged my complaint on Friday no. 7258.Since Saturday I have tried all complaint nos but nobody picks up except auto response which merely tells me my complaint is booked.MTNL should work with 50% staff but all are are absent?

Very poor customer services. I have been frantically writing complaints and trying to call up MTNL customer service numbers to compliant about my internet connection ( 2305 2505) not working since last week ( May 2021) BUT NO RESPONSE. Landline with Triband Broadband of MTNL Mumbai not working at expected speed of 6MBPS & frequent disconnection. Speed provided is 200kbps to 600kbps. Numerous complaints made to local exchange, GM Complaints, etc but no improvement. Mailbox of GM is full & no action is taken to address this. Escalated to ED MTNL but again no action. Do not understand that if MTNL does not want to support customers then why are they operating services. Close down the service and give refund back to people.
