Sometime in May this year i bought myself a MICROSOFT535 anticipating a stress free smart device but to my dissapointment the phone jus shut down.When i went to the retailer were i bought it was told that it needs software upgrade of which i dont know how long its gonna take as i dont have another phone to use thanks to you microsft,My life is now on Standstill!NOT EVEN AN ALTERNATIVE!!!!!
The WORST thing I could possibly have done is to download Windows 10. It takes forever to open in comparison to Windows 7 and it just irritates the crap out of me because it causes so many delays!!

I have lost my Microsoft Office professional 2007 plus Cd and backup, due to frequent travel. On Tuesday night I used Exel and Word on my computer and Wednesday morning,it came up with an error code 1706 and the loss of program ProPlus.WW\ProPlusWW.msi. I requested a backup and the reply was that the Producrt Key was locked and therefore cannot be activated. I am a business consultant and need this program to be activated urgently. How do I go about activating it to download a backup to reinstall the lost program. I have sent an email requesting same and received the email underneath.
